I have 2 both rescued and old. The 2 fights we have had there was some blood each time (not alot because they will stop when commanded and both times I have to take the blame for the disagreement). They have been the MOST loyal dogs I have ever had and will contunue to rescue this breed.

This is just two dogs (neither of them Akitas) enjoying a game of chase, ie. this is play! (a) the posture of the chasing dog when at a distance: front legs straight and tall. (b) hair doesn't stand up (c) the tail of the dog being chased: it's never between its legs (d) the head movements of the chasing dog when close: no biting and shaking (e) the ears are erect, (f) the lips are never curled up. (g) ... You obviously have never seen dogs fighting.

Are you aware that someone copied your video and tried to use it as proof that Akitas should be banned? Yes it is pretty obvious to me that the dogs are playing and the Akita does look like a mix, but the ramifications of others utilizing your video to do harm to animals is what I am wondering about? Don't know if there is anything you could do, just wanted you to be aware. As Akita owners, we know the challenges our breed suffers. We don't need bad press!!
