I live in San Antonio and have been a spurs fan since the late eighties. Is Duncan a better player in Robinson? No freaking way imo. Yes thanks to Duncan we had Two huge men and thank fully got David a couple of rings. Robinson could shoot better than Duncan, he could dunk better then Duncan, and he made better plays to get to the post. Tim is really over rated in my eyes.

yeah i grew up a spurs fan and especially a David Robinson fan, and you're definitely right... THANK GOD FOR TIM DUNCAN. or else he would never have gotten those rings.. and did Rose say he donated 9 million dollars!!!! ??

well you could not say it like that. Tim Duncan was very talented too.Him and David Robinson = Championship . David Robinson without Timmy = no championship.

I think what he meant was that it was very fortunate that Tim Duncan came to the Spurs or The Admiral might've had to retire without any rings.
