I work for DM&E. They just put in welded rail east of owatonna (well, on one side...) from MP 81 east a little ways and they'll be putting more up out by tracy. Janesville is a good place to watch but for rail fans I would suggest anywhere from new ulm out to Walnut Grove on the tracy sub and anywhere from Minnesota City to Dodge Center on the Waseca sub.

Yea it's like that because there trying to fix up all the old track. Their probly heading to mankato to get some more tracks.
