Louis Bolle watches are great. I have about5 of them and they compare quite nicely to a few $1000 dollar watches I have. Quality has never been an issue, and they are modeled after swiss watches. Their designs are unique and modern. The only thing they don't have going for them is time in the business like Tag and other names. You want a bargain this is it, as they will most likely be able to begin moving their price points up as they gather a following of customers.
I got plenty of spam for this watch, so I did a bit of research and it does seem like a marketing scam, it is NOT worth a couple of grands, However I did buy two LB off an internet auction for 75 dollars total sixth months ago, and they ARE ok looking and both still work (one however, gains like a minute a day) My advise is to NOT buy these watches unless you really like the design and can get it for less than 70. I respect their craftsmanship for sub 100 watches but nowhere near Swiss quality.
They is always some marketing guy from Louis Bolle saying how good they are whereever someone criticises them. The watches have no connection with Switzerland, the whole history on the site is a laugable con. They are made in China. They are ok usually, true value is around $50.. and they'll still make a good profit on them! .. Not the thousands advertised on the site.
They are not Swiss quality, these watches are junk, I made the mistake of buying one on a whim and it lasted two weeks before the hands fell off! Don't buy one....
I love LB watches. It's truly amazing what the Chinese are doing with these outstanding watches.
Make no mistake, these are NOT knock-offs. They are as original as any Swiss watch out there, and are made to Swiss quality standards. Their cases and bracelets are top-notch. Find them on eBay and other auction sites. Not available in stores. Go to louis bolle dot com or join the LB user group on Yahoo to find out more about them.
junk!

do your homework and make an informed decision. These watches are less than $100 and only sold through auctions... it seems pretty sketch to me
