Rather than referring to an ambiguous "consortium", please provide Canadian tax payers with the names of the organizations who choose to make this decision which affects the voters. It should not be up to a private group to take this option away. Parties who refuse to attend an election debate actually do this and bear it's own consequence.

@unsureandunaware I beg to differ, out current government fixed the mess with the military. When the liberals sent our troops to Afghanistan, they didn't even have desert uniforms or body armour. We had to rent planes from the russians.

We now have a well equiped and proud military for the first time in 20 years.

Our Prime Minister directed out country well through these tough ecomonic times and we faired much better than the States.

The best part, they didn't jump into carbon plans.

the current government has also taken away democracy from Canadians twice now the military is alot better yes but now there is the Afghan detanee situation which is an outrage as well when the conservatives first said how much the mission in Afghanistan would cost got it very wrong and now its $17billion. The Green party is the fastest growing party and i believe will have its first seat this year in parliment. The last federal election saw Green support go up 2.3%, more then all other parties

@unsureandunaware The afghan detanee situation is a farce, the liberals started the way detainees where handled and the conservatives continued the same until we found out there were problems. If we continue with this, in the end the blame will be placed on the soldiers and some of them will go to jail for the sake of our politians. I say drop it, why are we even looking into this, the afghans would cut off our soldiers heads if they were captured. Dream on guy, you will never win a seat.

In case you don't know it, most of the afghans belong to the taliban. Wake up and stop keeping you head in the sand. The liberals would do or say anything to make the conservatives look bad, even if that meant hurting our military.

It is almost treason to bring this up and the liberals don't care as long as they score some points. How about the afghan that put an axe into one of our soldiers when they were having a peaceful meeting? All muslims have a bit of taliban in them and can not be trusted. The Liberals in Canada (and I've said this on several videos) enacted gun control in early 90's after Liberals in the U.S were talking about it in late 80's, in the early 90's Liberals in the U.S ban "assault weapons" and our Liberals propose a "semi auto ban", the Liberals in the U.S propose a "carbon tax" Stephan Dion proposes the exact same thing. GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT. Harpers decisions aren't influenced by Bush's!

If the green was there there would no be a debate.. And I agree. If E May would have some valid policies maybe she would have been invited.

But she has only one line on view.. She repeat the same thing over and over again ..The Sky is falling! the earth is warming! we are killing our children! the arctic is melting! the polar bears are dying! we are cutting our forest! and on and on. To have someone representing a group so far out of touch with reality would be counter productive.

THe basis of the green party isn't to turn Canada into some fantasy utopia that releases no emissions... it is a holistic approach to politics. For example, put more money into child care so there's less money needed in crime. Everything from health care, to seniors and pensions, to the welfare system all makes sense under the green platform. You know nothing.

Considering the green party has promised to ask why cannabis is still illegal knowing that in 2002 an independent Canadian government paid investigation concluded that cannabis laws shouldn't be followed due to the fact the government can't come up with a single reason or evidence that cannabis users are criminals and are following a law that is entirely based on racism.

For 6 years we have been ignoring government drug deaths for profit and locking cannabis users up on racism and no crime.
