No, my mom is very stubborn! She doesn't like anything smelly, nasty, etc. that people give dogs! She doesn't even allow rawhide bones! Also, we hae 3 dogs, and we're afraid tey'd fight! ay I ask what you're conditioning her for? How do you do it? Where do you go for training? Thanks!

@LillyCentral well, you'll have to show her as many resources that you can obtain solely for her to see for herself, that raw feeding to both dogs and cats far outweighs rubbish kibble. Feed them separately and they'll be fine. Pitbulls are the most athletic champion of the dog world as you know, they require an immense amount of physical activity as these dogs were bred to perform like no other dog. It's just that, a strict exercise regime to get your dog in it's top shape :)

Lol ok so far two vets i have talked to are telling me i shouldnt feed raw. but the kicker is they both have very inconclusive reasons why. and they both gave different reasons. which leads me to believe a. they dont know what they are talking about. and b. they dont care enough to find out. they simply follow the mass school of fish and keep telling me to feed kibble.

Mslittlejoeyy, I have a few questions about Zoey. How old is she? Exactly how are you conditioning her? How did you get involved with feeding raw? Where do you guys live? I'm in Illinois. Also, do you have a facebook? I'd like to add you! I absolutely love Zoey. We just got a pit bull puppy a few weeks to a month ago named Lucy. Any advice you can give? Also, how do I persuade my mom to consider raw feeding?

@LillyCentral I'll be more than happy to answer your questions Lilly, Zoey is now 3 and 1/2 years old. We're not on a keep conditioning at the moment, but in spring we will begin another and a keep conditioning is a strict 4-6 week exercise regime. I became involved with raw by other fellow pitbull owners :) I am in CA and I no longer have a FB. Thank you for the compliment towards my Zoey. Does your mother understand it will benefit a longer healthier life as it's all natural?

Also, dogs who eat raw are much healthier, don't get the diseases, and have better teeth than dogs who are fed kibble! get a grip people!

Ya know what people! I'm sick of people putting down people who feed raw to their dogs! Raw is somuch better than that shitty stuff they call kibble! I only wish my mom would feed raw to our 3 dogs!

@SuperGrooter well I purchase all my meats organically, so it's always a bit more expensive regardless of the protein meat I decide to purchase, but yes, lamb and beef are always a bit more in conclusion.
