  • Did he say, "Have a toke" at 00:12 because I was literally hitting my pipe.

  • @BryanEKS89 Dude I'm high right now and im speaking your language

  • It annoys me how no one has seemed to notice that Puddle of Mudd ripped off the melody from the guitar solo in this track (2:03 onwards) for the chorus for their big hit 'Blurry".

Another classic case of true musicians (Kyuss), being ripped off by hacks (Puddle), and taking all the glory. Fuct.

  • @MrGunwitch who gives a fuck about puddle of mudd ?! this is KYUSS man

  • @theblackdiegamurder

  • The guitars at 2:26 literally make me cum.

  • @eudian Literally? You lucky bastard.

  • @eudian that drum rythym that picks up right after makes me wanna have a real quick seizure

  • i discovered kyuss from the cover tool did of demon cleaner, and fuckin hell what an amazing band! this song is like my favorite thing in the world right now i cant get it out of my head. can anyone suggest other bands which kind of land in the same genre as tool, soundgarden and obviously kyuss? those which stand out from all the stoner metal bands as well cuz too be honest most of them sound the same... :(

  • @purplekillerpenguin and dont get me wrong im not saying the ones i listed are stoner metal bands... im just not familiar with genres or really care for them for that matter

  • @purplekillerpenguin try the band 'sleep'

  • @klaazzz4 sleep's awesome but is it comparable to kyuss? i wouldn't say so. forgive me for talking in terms of genres because the vaguery of it all starts off shitstorms, but as far as stoner goes kyuss and sleep are pretty far... sleep's more doomy stoner and kyuss obvs has more of a palm desert influence... god that sounds so pathetic and poseur.

  • Comment removed

  • @purplekillerpenguin Electric Wizard is an excellent band you shouldn't miss. Melvins have a different sound, but you'll probably like 'em too.

  • yep, best kyuss song ever!!!

  • Comment removed

  • KYUSS!!!!!!...killer chit mayne

  • 3 people dont appreciate good music

  • Good metal always starts with proper grammar. Your mother didn't teach you this maxim? Hehehe :)

  • Amazing guitar solo.. but too short!

  • THEY SHOULD OF NEVER DISBANDED.

  • @astralsublime They should HAVE never disbanded.

  • @48thRonin Nothing says heavy metal more than correct grammar!;)

  • <======= CHECK out PIT 42!!!

  • You do realize that Unida and Kyuss have some of the same band members don't you?

  • 0:58 is eargasm :) Wonderful.

  • fucking brilliant guitar solo.. but too short

  • IF ANYONE HEARS A HEAVIER GROOVE THAN THIS SHIT PLEASE POST COS U R SATAN !!!!! AWSOME!!!!!!

  • @gazzac10 Electric Wizard? These guys are great too, but EW fuckin' gets me off everytime i listen to them.

  • @Tr3Foo electric wizard is shit compared to Welcome to Sky Valley/...And the Circus Leaves the Town

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre - eh no. gazzac10 totally right 4 sayin this is amazin heavy groove but EW "shit" compared to anyone - fuck right off. Different vibe all together.

  • @duncanh100 fuck that shit, EW is shit compared to Kyuss, is shit compared to Saint Vitus, is shit compared to The Obsessed, is shit compared to Goatsnake, is shit compared to Unida, there is a lot of better bands than that pretentious godly awful band for stoner posers like you

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre electric wizard's first three albums are heavier than anything kyuss had recorded. Saint Vitus, man? They're good, but to compare them to the Wizard? You don't know your doom very well.

  • @Panasper who cares about heavy music, that shit is not that great, and whos talking about doom? this is fucking rock n roll

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre well apparently YOU don't care about heavy music. doom on dumbass.

  • @Panasper kids these days, they dont even know what a rock band is, what the fuck happened to the world? we dont need idiots like you in the universe!

  • and to clarify... although it may not be as heavy as dopethrone or come, my fanatics, (Spaceship Landing and another track or two not withstanding) I consider Kyuss doom. And i consider Electric Wizard quality.

  • @Panasper Kyuss doom? hahaha, you dumb son of a bitch, if you ask any ex kyuss member about "doom" he laugh and walk away, you are exposing your ignorance kid, you should shut the fuck up. electric shit quality? hahaha, that is not even quality music.

  • ha ha i call em doom cuz i want to. Technically they are closer to rock and roll than metal, i suppose, but they ride that line comfortably. Call me ignorant if it makes you feel better about yourself, cunty. At least i'm smart enough to see quality where it is. Kyuss is quality, so is EW. Get on the ball, jack. Weedeater is quality too, but you prolly don't like em, cuz you're too "smart" to appreciate a good, slow, doomy, heavy fuckin group.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre man sorry about that but it seems you don't know your shit very well. You are claiming that Kyuss has nothing to do with doom metal sound? have you ever heard of any traditional doom metal bands? And then you are saying that any x-members will laugh and shit... If that s the case, how then come and their bass player has played for doom metal bands such as the Obssessed, Orange Goblin, Goatsnake, Sunno ))) etc. It seems that you are exposing your ignorance...

  • @7zuma7 The Obsessed = One of the greatest ROCK bands of all time, not doom at all like Saint Vitus. Goatsnake pure Blues/Rock epicness. Sunn O))) greatest art pieces of music. get your facts straight, and dont expose your ignorance. that bass player is Scott Reeder and he never played for Sunn O))), he just produced the record, lol. Kyuss maybe have some few doom influences, but they are not a "METAL/DOOM" band, they also have reggae, funk, jazz, and bossa nova, lol.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre rock bands? are you aware of the 70's stuff? the heavy psych/heavy prog rock/proto-metal bands? Goatsnake/ Obssessed have exactly this sound? I call blues rock stuff like John Mayall, never thought of bands like Leaf hound or Sabbath as blues rock.

  • Comment removed

  • @7zuma7 Black Sabbath = Blues Rock, specially at the very first years, they also helped in the developing of "metal", but they were all about rock. and so is The Obsessed and Goatsnake, The Obsessed is more about rock, and Goatsnake more about Blues.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre More about rock, who said that they are more about anything else? Wake up and realise that metal is just a word to describe heavier rock...that just not mean that it is not rock anymore, it is the same music. Goatsnake has pretty slow and distorted blues sound i call this doom metal not stoner not blues.

  • @7zuma7 metal do exist, and is heavy rock, I never said the opposite....

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre so saint vitus according to you came from another planet...even if they draw from the same influences. To me they genre is heavy rock/proto-metal, they have this sound and it is obvious that they are heavy enough to be labeled as metal. According to wiki Scott Reeder palyed bass guitar at a couple of Sunn o))) albums. And also this bands are included in metal archives as stoner/doom metal. Look it up and then we are talking again and LISTEN TO THE ROOTS CAREFULLY PLEASE!

  • @7zuma7 what are you some kind of nerd freak? a geek?. just check your arguments, they are like "WIKIPEDIA SAY, THEY SAY IT, THE "METAL" ARCHIVES SAY IT" fucking laughable. Scott Reeder NEVER played in a Sunn o))) record, he just produced it, you cant get this info in the ALBUM CREDITS you dumbass. wikipedia sucks. Scott Reeder page also says that "Lunar Womb" was released in 1992 and is 1991. they say that he played in a Black Math Horseman record, and he just produced it, lol.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre ok man agreed. say that he nevver played? What are trying to prove here? I will ask again? Have you ever heard the bands between 68 and 74? the prog stuff and the proto-metal stuff and the 80's movement of NWOBHM? According to you that's all blues rock or plain rock... I just disagree cause for me bands like Cream, Blue Cheer, Zeppelin, Budgie and the list goes on is hard/heavy rock. Blues rock is your invention, nobody never used this term to refer to this music...

  • @7zuma7 I dont say it, is an actual FACT, go and buy the Sunn o))) record, read the album credits, Scott Reeder recorded it, produced it, and helped in the mix, but never played. If you believe in wikipedia you are retarded, is that simple. what are YOU trying to prove here?. your shitty rock history?. I never sayed that all those bands were STRAIGHT rock, is like jazz, they played in a free way but always using rock patterns, of course they used heavy, HARD and blues.

  • @Panasper Kyuss was influenced by the almighty Black Sabbath just like Electric Wizard, Sleep and EyeHateGod.. it doesn't mean all of the above are essentially doom bands. If you wanna label Kyuss (which i think is stupid..good music is good music) label them correctly. Kyuss are pioneers of the Desert Rock movement and thats pretty much what genre they cover.

  • kyuss are indeed pinoeers of the desert rock scene, among such bands as Bjork and the bros, Yawning Man, Unida, Fu Manchu, etc. Indeed these bands are a branch of metal that is a reverse from heavy metal at the time and after, a movement of metal based firmly on the foundations of rock, roll, and blues. Much like Sabbath, the quintessential Doom band. I consider Kyuss to be doom for the same reason i consider any band doom, they are heavy, in the vein of sabbath, in the vein of blues....

  • @Panasper .... in comparison to the death metal movement in general, which progresses away from those roots to represent the more progressive side of metal, technicality, complexity, and an entirely different kind of tone.

  • @Panasper you are exposing yourself like a real idiot, shut the fuck up faggot, please : D

  • @MEXICANOcomeCACA whatever you say man. Personally i stand behind my statements, with the possible exception of saying the wizard was heavier than Kyuss... partly because it's a judgement call, and partly because Kyuss has some undoubtedly heavy shit.

I got a little annoyed, i find it irritating when pissants rip on fucking stellar bands such as EW.

  • @Panasper EW sucks

  • @MEXICANOcomeCACA now you are exposing yourself and your complete lack of fucking taste. Electric Wizard is the shit, they are one of my favorite doom bands, hands down. If you don't like doom and heavy music, you can go elsewhere, and argue with some little shits about disney bands. pissant.

  • @Panasper lol, it was a joke, Electric Wizard rocks, and you are WRONG they are not "doom/heavy" bullshit, they are a rock band, you have ears? I dont think so, POSER.

heavy music? lol, they have nothing to do with Slayer

  • @MEXICANOcomeCACA there are different kinds of heavy you fucking idiot. If you think Electric Wizard is not heavy metal, then you can go fuck yourself.

Slayer is thrash metal. Totally opposite end of the heavy metal spectrum from EW. Slayer is not the end-all, be-all of fucking metal you tard.

  • @Panasper is all about metal, there is no "thrash metal" you should STOP reading wikipediad and the rolling stone magazine, that shit is garbage, why there is no "thrash metal" because there is a HUGE difference between "thrash metal band", is all about metal, KID, everybody with a brain know this, is not a opinion, is the truth.

And Electric Wizard have NOTHING to do with heavy music, you are a fucking STUPID

  • @MEXICANOcomeCACA alright you cunt... I don't get my information from the internet or shitty magazines, i get it from a few long years of listening to metal. There is no thrash metal? really? are you going to tell me there is no death metal, there is no doom metal? Listen... don't tell me i don't know something that i know. I've listened to Electric Wizard's albums enough times to know IT IS FUCKING HEAVY. IT IS FUCKING METAL.

It may not be thrash metal, it may not be slayer. SHUT THE FUCK UP.

  • @MEXICANOcomeCACA slayer is thrash metal... judas priest is thrash metal... overkill is thrash... vio-lence is thrash.... autopsy is death.... swallowed is death.... at the gates is death... atheist is death.... wombbath is death... bolt thrower is death... claws is death...

Electric Wizard is doom metal.... Sleep is doom metal.... candlemass is doom... Kyuss is kind of on the line between doom and rock + roll... THESE ARE ALL METAL BANDS. Get the idea, idiot? or should i list some more examples

  • @Panasper since when is judas prist thrash metal ???

  • @4StringSickoSIXX well, i consider them thrash, i guess technically they are NWOBHM... but they undoubtedly one of the primary instigators of thrash metal as it is known. Kind of the way Black Sabbath is technically closer to hard rock than doom metal, but they might as well be doom metal considering they are the single biggest influence on it.

  • @Panasper Kyuss HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH DOOM, you dont get Kyuss for shit, get out of here of this video, CLOWN

  • kyuss have plenty to do with doom. Desert rock, stoner rock, these are just localized terms to describe a larger form of music, essentially condensed to the term heavy rock... which is more or less what doom metal is, for me at least. I mean you have like funeral doom and shit which takes it further, but really bands like electric wizard and kyuss have a lot in common musically. Just the single fact that they both take HUGE influence from sabbath is pretty telling.

  • call me a clown if you want, twerp, its only because you have no other recourse. I listen to kyuss, a lot. I possess all of their LPs... as well as a decent selection of the bands that were spawned from its glorious ashes... i don't think i am the one who is missing the point.

    doom on, dipshit.

  • @Panasper you can have all Kyuss albums, but you will still a POSER and one fucking retarded asshole with no sense of music

  • @MEXICANOcomeCACA game over.... you lose.... shithead

  • @4StringSickoSIXX ARTILLERY! they are a sick thrash band... could not fuckin remember their name. there it is.

  • @Panasper slayer and judas priest sounds totally diiferent, same with judas priest and overkill, get your facts straight, POSER

there is no "thrash metal" thats bullshit for POSER KIDS LIKE YOU, who loves rolling stones magazine and wikipedia crap, lol. you should lost weight, get some friends, and stop talking bullshit. kid.

  • @MEXICANOcomeCACA no shit slayer and judas priest sound different.. doesn't mean they are not part of the same genre. Zeppelin, Hendrix, Sabbath, AC/DC all sound different, yet they are all essentially hard rock bands. Just because a band sounds different from one another doesn't mean they are not alike. Kyuss is a fucking metal band, or a particularly heavy hard rock band, however the fuck you want to phrase it.. Get over yourself, you fucking twat.

"There is no thrash metal" bullshit. idiot.

  • @Panasper KYUSS METAL BAND? BUAHAHAHHAHAHHAA

In your DREAMS metal girl!, Kyuss is everything except metal, you dumb son of a bitch, why are you so fucking idiot? why cant you get the point? why do you believe in wikipedia and MAGAZINES? that shit is crap, is LIKE MTV

  • @MEXICANOcomeCACA yes... kyuss is metal.... im not going to argue with you anymore because you are far too stupid.

  • @MEXICANOcomeCACA ha ha... i have one more thing to say to your stupid ass....

Black Sabbath: is a rock and roll band. Black Sabbath IS ALSO a metal band. Kyuss is definitely a rock and roll band. THEY ARE ALSO A METAL BAND.

These things are not set in stone. douchebag.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre yes it is similar to 50's rock n roll, the same sound exactly with elvis presley. Or the other way around doom metal is not a subgenre of rock music it is sunbgenre of electronic music. Rolling stones is rock Metallica is rock if you wanna be more specific you gotta specify the sound. British invasion, rythm & blues/blues rock for the beatles thrash metal/bay are thrash/heavy metal rock for Metallica.

are you high on any shit man?

  • @7zuma7 Saint Vitus was a "Doom Metal" band with a lot of rock. once again your arguments are shit, there is no such thing like "thrash" metal, there is a HUGE musical/lyrical/ difference between Slayer and Metallica, is a marketing strategy, they want to get more MONEY with it, is all metal. In "doom" however, is different. Use your brain, use your ear.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre so Angel Witch, Running Wild , Hellowwen, Judas Priest, Celtic Frost, Sodom, Mayhem, bolt Thrower are all play the same kind of music...just metal. And there is metal, doom and rock and nothing else but money...Sabbath is blues rock although everybody in the 70's refered to them as heavy progressive or heavy rock or heavy metal. Sorry I will not follow your insane take on that...

  • @7zuma7 Black Sabbath prog? thats fucking garbage, people back in the day rocked the shit out with the records, never talked like that, only the lame critics (in words of led zeppelin and black sabbath). they only used those arrangaments in "Sabbath Bloody Sabbath" and they stopped because they KNEW that real music was more natural and simple. you know what is your problem, you believe in what people told you, you dont use your actual ears. sorry for not following rolling stones and wikipedia

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre I am not following those either, as the main source...to use my actual ears to conclude what? that is all about rock ... that the critics are using the labeling? and why is a critic lame and a band member cool? I mean i agree that music industry plays this game of labelling for its own sake...but come on, then you can discard all the labelling and talk just about music. Rock is a label jazz is a label as well...

  • @7zuma7 yeah rock is a label and so does jazz, created by musicians and regular people. Musicians can understand a little bit their own music, thats why they have more right to talk about it than lame critics of lame magazines.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre man you are stubborn. you are just arguing for the sake of it(you are ok with labels rock, jazz but you will have problem with the labels metal, thrash or whatever). If you want to follow the musicians, think about how many of them use terms like death metal, grunge, thrash metal, speed metal progressive rock to describe their music.Or u think that bands when they are jamming they do not pre-define how more or less their sound is gonna be?cause label might reflect arrangements

  • @7zuma7 what? I am arguing for the sake of it? you replied at me like 3 times, lol. Real musicians are not really much into labels, and if they do, they are real simple about it, you dont know music very well, kid. of course that label might reflect arrangaments, you are reading weird things in my comment, you are waiting for a fight, for an insult or something, I dont give a shit about it. and fuck "progressive" music.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre never said that you need 10 fucking words to describe music. You were arguing that there is no thrash, it is all about rock...What labels have to do with real musicians, i just don't get it. I am fucking bored with this... I am sure that you are the guy that listened not more than 20/30 rock bands and you are coming here to gossip on what real musicians do. I don't give a fuck about them...and i have not replied on your comment that WIzard sucks...Unida is better?hahaha

  • @7zuma7 there is no "thrash" because there is a HUGE musical difference between "thrash" bands, and thats a fact. use your fucking ears, What labels have to do with real musicians? go and find the answer, you are doing that question when I dont give a fuck about it, you have reading comprehension problems, I never sayed something like that, are you like 5?. Unida better than Wizard? any day of the week

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre that's why you have the bay area thrash metal that's why you have german thrash metal... to me it is really obvious to recognize that Death Angel is bay area although they have different sound than Exodus and fucking Tankard is from Germany alhtough they are different than Kreator...The same goes for death metal where you might have florida sound, New York sound, Swedish etc.You don't know shit, cause u don't listen to a lot of music. That's why you get puzzled with labels.

  • @7zuma7 lol. I listen to Rock/Metal/Jazz/Funk/Blues/Real Punk/ Reggae/Avant Garde/Real Hip Hop and etc and fucking etc. you, in the other hand, you dont know shit about anything, you dont get Kyuss for shit, thats why you get "puzzled" and attacked by comments, even if I dont even know you.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre This is the difference...I am ok with listening jazz/funk/electronic but I am not into that stuff. It is hard for me to understand if some techno music is minimal, detroit or hardcore, cause I am not into this music. In rock/metal it works easily cause I am really into rock/metal...

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre I am saying that labelling won't make a musician real or fake...your statement is bullshit, that you are not real musician when you label or somethibng. Of course Wizard is much deeper and much better band than Unida, Sleep is the top from Calidornia. In general Californian sound =the most commercial in heavy rock( stoner/doom) along with some Swedish bands (like Dozer).Wizard is underground stuff cannot even be compared with Unida.Unida is cool, but easy-listening. Uk>>Cal

  • @7zuma7 Being simple or "easy listening" dont make it worst, Unida with "the great divide" owns Electric Wizard any day of the week, pure CLASSIC stuff. I have nothing against Electric Wizard, I dig that shit, but the fanbase is lame and arrogant, thats all. Sleep is the top from California? thats it, you say it himself, you dont know SHIT about music, you lost all credibility, Sleep is amazing, but not even close, lol.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre Yes Sleep is the top. Fu Manchu n Unida have this happy sound and they do not offer the crushing riffs of Sleep or Electric Wizard. And now watch these videos in youtube to see how real musicians know their music and they can use the labels

Dave Grohl - What's In My Bag?

Metallica Interview - NWOBHM and Lyrics

    Fenriz interview for Rockhard magazine

Bay Area Backstage - Phil Anselmo Interview

P.S.: Also Orange Goblin, Spiritual Beggars, Acrimony, Cathedral >> unida

  • @7zuma7

1.Sleep is just a ice cube compared to Kyuss mountain.

    2. If you wanna talk about REAL MUSICIANS then why the FUCK are you talking about DOUCHE GROHL? PHILL ANSELMO? SUCKALLICA?.

My god, are you that stupid?, orange globin rocks the shit out, but better than Unida? you need 10 years more listening to music to be at my level, kid.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre You are biased man, cause you are stuck in the Kyuss thing...cannot talk with you. yeah, as you see even these "sold out" guys (once they were good) still know what's happening in the world of rock. You level is shit...and it is obvious. Josh Homme is even bigger poser than these guys now...and as expected you didn't say anything about Fenriz cause I am sure you don't know him cause you have no idea of underground metal.

  • @7zuma7 I didn't talk about Fenriz because I dont think that he is bad musician. Stuck in Kyuss? what the fuck, suckallica dont know shit about whats happening in the world of rock, and lets no talk about douche grohl. Joshua Homme is a fag these days, thats a fact, and yes, Suckallica first 4 records were CLASSIC stuff, douche grohl never did a good record in his life, same with phill anselmo, lol.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre Kyuss is huge but there is life beyond Kyuss(<Pentagram,Trouble,Eyehategod etc.). Don't get stuck in one band listen more stuff and be more open-minded. Don't try to pretend that you are the underground guy when you say that Unida kills Goblin or Wizard...that's all and if you like to refer them as Suckallica tell us your cool thrash metal bands...

  • @7zuma7 man, I love Eyehategod, they are one of the greatest, but Kyuss natural way of doing music is WAY more special than any other thang in California and in the fucking USA. Take note on this kid, dont try to pretend that you know about music, be more open minded, and dont get stuck in one band, check more stuff, listen to all the genres you can (a good band is a good band), the best music is the natural one, the one that a pretentious fuck cant like. you should also read more books. kid.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre you sound like a teenager supporting his favourite football team...natural music and bullshit man...Kyuss is good, but Death,Morbid Angel, Suffocation,Possessed, Slayer, watchtower, anacrusis, coroner,Black Flag,Agnostic Front,Neurosis,High On fire,Cirith Ungol,Pentagram,St Vitus, Maniila Road,Blue Oyster Cult,Alice Cooper(70's),hendrix,blue cheer, captain beyond, dust, grand funk and many many other USA bands is as good or even better. Are u obssessed with Kyuss?

  • @7zuma7 No, I say Kyuss was the best american rock band from "1992 - 1995" (and 1997 rarities stuff) period hands fucking down, one of the greatest top 3 (At least) rock bands to ever come in this country, you also FORGOT Melvins, Earth, Masters of Reality, Yawning Man, Fatso Jetson, Brant Bjork, etc, and etc, and thats just an insult, see? you need years and years to be at my level, learn your rock history: Kyuss is one of the greatest of all time, up there with Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre They are pretty good in general. just say they're favs...but the best?(childish)What is top 3 and top 10 it is up to anybody's likes...there is no thing like that and you are not the one to define. If you feel better putting them in the same league with Zeppelin n Sabbath it is ok, but I won't do it...i still prefer much better the psychedelic rock, heavy rock n heavy prog of 68-74 (Uk especially) than the stoner rock or anything else from 92-97.More freedom in the 70's.

  • @7zuma7 oh please, what prog rock? the one that a LAME magazine shit say? when musicians wrote those Psychedelic masterpieces never sayed something like "prog" rock, learn your fucking genre, is all rock being played in a different way (like is supposed to). if you wont is because you are totally noob in this area, you just listed ALICE COOPER as a better band than Kyuss, lol. Stoner Rock? another lame term to describe rock. More musical freedom these days than in the actual 90s and 70s.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre bands like Black Widow, Captain beyond, Atomic Rooster, Dust, Bodkin, Human Instist, T2, May Blitz, talking about these fuckin bands: (search for Top 10 UK 70.s underground heavy progressive bands and Top 10 German 70.s heavy progressive krautrock albums) and you will see that there is better stuff than Kyuss. and this is not psycedelic rock it is hard psych/heavy prog different thing...Anyway i am not here to teach you history...Probably you never listened to 70's COOPER

  • @7zuma7 Krautrock and prog stuff are totally different sports, Krautrock is just one of the most beutiful things ever done in music history, prog in the other side is taking things way to seriously for my personal taste. I already knew all of those things you say, I am talking about 90s American rock stuff. Cooper have zero interesting stuff compared to other 70s shit. Teach me history? how so? I know way more about music than you, you say it with every comment.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre Killer,Love it to Death and School's Out (even jazz influences) are very good albums from Alice Cooper...anyway, 90's american stuff there is not much really for me apart from stoner rock/doom and death metal n some undergound power metal(which i don't really follow). The worst decade with grunge, alternative rock , rap-metal and nu-metal crap. I hate this stuff. Ok stoner and heavy rock revival is an exemption and it is cool...an oasis in the desert of 90's rock.

  • @7zuma7

KYUSS > YOUR TASTE IN MUSIC

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre and Top 10 underground hardrock albums from the early 70.s another good video... I dig this stuff these days...Kyuss n stoner is ok, but I prefer to listen to the guys that first played these kind of music, prefer the fresh food than the frozen one...the original stuff...

  • @7zuma7 How so? who wrote a track like whitewater at 18? no one.

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre i don't know...I listen to music, I don't know ages, personal life n shit...I can't even keep the names of the musicians in my memory. And I am not saying that Kyuss is not a top band..

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre to add one more thing...there is a huge amount of music I would like to listen...labelling is not that bad always...e.g. I am not gonna waste my time listening to bands labelled as post-grunge, alternative metal or nu-metal cause I know I won't like them...You cannot argue on this...In rock music their are movements and waves throughout the years, how then I could dig into the e.g. NWOBHM if i don't have the words to describe the sound....

  • @yovioleatuzorramadre as you see i am not trying to use the labelling as the major thing to discriminate music and say that this genre is the shit and every thing else is crap, but rather to suggest to someone that if you like this band you might like the other one etc. I cannot see where is your problem with that. My problem is in general the mainstream rock which is going from worse to worse, crappy bands get promotion...I hate the fact that QOTSA get the success n Kyuss only some credits...

  • @7zuma7 mainstream is not going to worse, is the same shit than the late 70s with lame punk bands. yeah qotsa is the worst post kyuss band, the first album was good tho...

  • @gazzac10 OH, and try uh. Sun 0))) , Meshuggah, Reverend Bizarre.

You might also like those guys.

  • I am Brazilian and I love the music here.

    but the band Kyuss,

marked the metal in my musical life, in terms of producing very unique timbre.

  • best sounding of all time.

the world needed more different sounds like this.

that good time, that does not turn anymore.

    weight, attitude, originality, different pitches

fucking globalized world, which only produces copies upon copies

  • I think the reason I like this song so much is because of this. If you listen to Blues all the way through, you notice this incredible tension building up. There's a couple of releases, such as the heavy bit in Molten Universe, but for the most part it's tense, almost restrained.

And then this song comes along, and all the tension is released the moment it kicks in at 0:24. It's what makes this album perfect.
