I like how you have used this song with the movie Legend with Tom Cruise and Mia Sara. I worked on this movie that was made at Pinewood Studios. One of my favorite tracks of Terry's. I have been to see him many times in the UK. Most notably at the Jazz Cafe.

I heard this track many many years ago. Never seen or heard of the film, yet the author of the clip has done an absolute masterpiece by uniting the two. If only he could arrange with Terry Callier's Label and the flim producers to release this as Track I am very sure it would sell in the Millions.

First heard this song 6 or 7 yrs ago and I got an immediate minds eye picture- gypsy girl dancing around a camp fire in a shaded woodland clearing.

The song to me is all about drugs and prostitution and a girl forced to sell her soul.

Could have been set in a seedy NY brothel.

Yet it is both sordid and beautiful at the same time.

A masterpiece.

A nymph like girl cavorting in the woods and then dancing with the devil..

Unreal.

I can't believe this song is actually 36 years old. It was recorded in 1973. I first heard this song in 2000 after listening to it I said to my brother "I have just listened to the best underated song of all time." Pure genius and I still get goosflesh everytime I hear it.
