that park always flooded. in 86 it was way worse.  all of northwood was under water except for the dorms and the units

yup, thats nothing....just the usual winter flooding. I was in midland during the 86 floods.

midland was flooded MUCH worse than this in the mid 80s. Dow high was in the middle of a lake
