  • She is wrong... the main muscle is triceps... biomechanic... the resistence is to extend the arms, so... is triceps even you change the hand position.

  • can i correct you this is actually a triceps workout.

  • agree with the guys below. it does not matter whether your forearm is pronated or supinated, this is a triceps workout. and this is an "expert" village... certainly doesn't look like it!

  • SHE HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE IS DOING. AS YOU SAID THIS IS TRICEPS WORKOUT

  • I'm really sorry, but I have to say that in this exercise you are not working Biceps, you are working Triceps...

  • I love water aerobics.. The World Gym in Rogers, Arkansas has a HUGE fat lady that teaches the class. I mean HUGE. Stomach hanging on the knees and all. I find this very disappointing , because I joined the gym before it was built specifically for the water aerobics. I was very disappointed with there choice of a water aerobics instructor. She has been there for two years now and has not toned up or lost any wieght at all.

SOO I will do this on my own, thank you for your videos. Very helpful

  • Awesome exercise!!
