  • I have had pains in my calves for no reason. tried this method with a round ball point pen on left leg worked immediately. I could not find any knots in my right calf where do I press, and where can I but what you call a back nober. thanks so much for the information

  • If  WITHOUT a back knobber” cross your legs, aim your calf muscle to your boney knee, then apply pressure.

  • You can do the same thing by carefully using fingers or knuckles but be gentle

  • i had an ankle pain.i was 6ft1 but now i am 5ft11.due to pain i gradually lost height

  • i don't have one of these back knobbers what do i do?

  • would be real cool if u put up a video showing things to do for knee pain
