Its about 7wks now & I still do

what it has asked me to.It talks

    about my nutritional program

    based on my bodys somatotype

in order to know what to eat and

    achieve mascular physique.

Anyway, you got the name of the

    site mispelled.It should be:

    MusclesMaximizer.info

  • @heyitsthatoneguy91 @netfischer @macready1989

I was just as capable as you were of gaining muscle when I was that age and I did gain about 15-20 lbs for several years. When you guys reach your twenties (and remove your heads from your asses) you will start to see how much your gains slows down.

Shit if it was possible for you to continue gaining over 20 lbs per year of lean muscle by "training hard" then in only 5 years you would be like 260 lbs of muscle. It just doesn't fucking work like tha

  • @heyitsthatoneguy91 @netfischer @macready1989

Really gotta say that you guys need to read some literature. Without steroids and after puberty it is only possible to gain 5-8 lbs of lean muscle per year.

If you gain more than that then one of three things has happened.

1 You gained fat as well (5-8 lbs LEAN muscle)

2 You are still in puberty

    3 You took steroids

I'm not denying that you can gain more muscle when you are in puberty. You retarded trolls need to actually read what I said

  • if you say 2 years, i trust you, that is fucking beautiful! shame you cut the hair thoug, with it, you looked like a Danish fucking viking! and i'll tell you, they where pretty bad ass.

good for you, and keep on going man!

  • he transform in to a girl

  • what does this has to do with COD MW2?

  • can u help me get these results, iv been weight lifting for a straight year and i am just getting a little fat and i dont seem to have the definition

  • @AfrikaaBombeetza tried some steroids, worked well for this guy. It's either that, or 10 more year hard labor, or just stop being a little unsecured pussy and grow some balls, then maybe u won't have to shoot steroids to boost your self-esteem

  • dude u turned from a nocomformist hippie gothic rapper fag to a cocky jock lol

  • wow you're actually fantastic looking with that haircut no homo!

  • Greaser to someone I'd respect in the gym lol

  • you turning into gay?

  • Your awesome dude.

  • your way to big ! rather be lean then big

  • @SpooKiiEE

thats like saying i'd rather be gay then straight...

  • @Kyle95ism kk kid.

  • @SpooKiiEE

    ? um..

  • STEROIDS. No rewards, no acheivements, nothing! ENANTHATE, DIANABOL, GLYCOLYCIS, OXIDATIVE PHOSPHORYLATION, ESTROGEN BLOCKERS! Do you call these people "champs"? Most body builders use -- >> SO MANY << -- DRUGS to get into the shape and get those body they have that it actually promotes HEART ATTACKS, EARLY DEATHS and such! Most body builders die young from such extreme lifestyles! ARTIFICIAL GROWTH HORMONES, CORTISOL, ANDROGENS, EVERYTHING!

Find me a REAL NATURAL athlete and I'll be happy.

  • @AndyHarglesis Michael Jordan?

  • 0:09 AXEL ROSE I FIND YOU!!!

  • very nice dude! I'm 16 now but only half big as you were on the last pics!

Nice Body my friend! hope i can do it too :P

  • he doesnt look like a roid guy. im aiming for that the next summer, gratz on your body Alex!

  • ALOT of work went into his body. 2 years of training is enough for a transformation like that if you have the proper exercises, diet, and supplements. I'm also 18 years old and this guy makes me want to push myself harder for his kind of results. Keep up the good work bro, any tips you can give me would be much appreciated.

  • How much can you squat/dead/bench

  • lol @ the amount of skinny fags on here bitching because they do concentration curls in their room and are not big like this guy

  • I would say that youre natural. When I was in grade 9 I weighed 140 at 6 foot and now im in grade 12 and im 195 6"1 feet. I dont have good genes at all, every male in my family tree on both sides are incredably skinny. Its just hard work in the long run.

  • @HomefrontPro I know SteroidsR4losers's true identity, check my channel

  • AWESOME!!! I'd be happy if you could send me your diet and training scheme? :)

  • Good job, people stop hating....he said 2 year transformation not 2 moth transfoormation lmao

  • Say hello to steroids and you'll be forced to say goodbye to your dick! (at least one that works)

  • Say hello to steroids and you say goodbye to your dick!

  • Uh I think I fell in love

  • Dude , you are amaaaazing *-*

I want to have a body like you.. :(

    :D

  • this is totally believeable, ive put on 25 pounds in 9 months, and my body fat stayed single digit the entire time, im the same age and if you look at the start he was a skinny ectomorph, the first year you can easily gain 20 pounds people are so quick to jump on steroids, maybe you idiots would gain some muscle if you did anything besides preacher curls and tricep extensions, try compound movements like squats, deadlifts and powercleans, my legs became massive in a few months.

  • who cares if he used steroids to gain (not saying you did) its not cheating to use steroids, if someone is skinny and finding it hard to gain and they use them and they get what they want then good for them, its not 'cheating' if you're not competing with anyone

  • u used creatine didnt u

  • well if natural; good achievement

    not natural; cheater

but there is something fishy about the serious bulkup... first you were like an skinny ecto, but them boom you turned into a lard, and then cut down like 30 pounds afterwards and then gained it back again? weird shit... i think youve been using dnp or some other shit... if you know what that is?

  • @suparpowers Im not sure what "drip" is. The way i used to always bodybuild, was just to eat as much good food as i could, and workout as hard as i can, then cut back my portions when i wanted to get ripped for a contest. Nowadays i dont let myself out of quite as much bodyfat, but I do make sure i eat a ton of food so that I'm able to grow.

  • @BodybuildAlex ok ok, it is called dnp, not drip, look it up yourself and youll understand what i mean ;)

  • drug tests dont prove that you DIDNT use steroids. they prove that you havent used them RECENTLY

after puberty, without steroids it is only realistic to gain about 5-8 lbs of lean muscle per YEAR. if you claim to have gained more than 8 lbs of lean muscle per year you should consider becoming a pro bodybuilder because your genes are amazing. either that you you juiced

im thinkin the latter because looking at your before pictures it is quite obvious that you dont have good genes

  • @bigsex000 Hey fucktard, I had to take a urine test (which proves if there is any drugs in your body recently) and also had to take a lie detector (which detects drug use for the past 7 years, and considering i was 18 when i made this video, that means liftetime natural). Lie detectors are about 95% accurate. The most common way to beat them is to use some kind of drug to relax your body, but the urine test would catch these.

  • @BodybuildAlex, a lie detector doesn't test for drugs..it reads your bp and pulse and shit..

  • @heyitsthatoneguy91 God, you're an idiot. I feel I dont even have to explain this for other people to know how much of a moron you are... but just in case. It does test for steroids and other drugs, when they ask if you took them. And also, i a urine test directly tests for them.

  • @BodybuildAlex why the fuck would they make u take a lie detector test. ur fucking nothing mate

  • @heyitsthatoneguy91 So by lying you don't get nervous? Dumbass. Of course your pulse goes up when you make bigass lies.

  • @kiwihnsmovies I know SteroidsR4losers's true identity, check my channel

  • @BodybuildAlex Lie detector come on.. were not watching tv series anymore

  • @BodybuildAlex

Hey I'm not saying it's not possible without steroids. These gains were made when you were 16-18 so you were obviously still in puberty and growing.

Why the fuck would they lie detector test you? That's clearly made up. They don't polygraph you at natural BB competitions.

  • @bigsex000 Ummm have you ever even competed. Polygraph is very common in natural shows.

  • @bigsex000 Dude I think you lack a bit of knowledge about steroids. If you took steroids and then stop taking them, you wont keep the muscle mass, it will rather disappear quickly. Thats the first point. Second: Yes, I agree, 8pound/year is a good result for the average Joe, but: consider that many people even add loads of muscle due to hormonal changes with 20 or 22, some even later (its not like every person is done with puberty at the age of 16). I am sceptical myself but dont be too offensiv

  • @bigsex000, ok bro regardless of steroids or not, my 56yo mom could pack on more than 8lbs of muscle/year if she hit the weights. in about 18 months, i dropped from 225-187, but my shoulder press went up almost 3x, my leg press doubled, bench went up about 50lbs (and i didnt focus on bench much) my curls went up 40lbs..i gained at LEAST 20LBS of muscle in order to do that...so get the facts straight..i can pack on 2-3lbs in under a month if i train hard.

  • @bigsex000 have you ever stopped and thought that YOURE the one with bad genes.5-8 pounds A YEAR?have you ever even worked out for a year?5-8 pounds is pathetic, you dont have a clue.

  • @macready1989

I've been working out for 6 years minimum 4 days per week. I'm 200 lbs of muscle; what the fuck are you? I'm a fourth year kinesiology student and I know a shitload more than you do.

  • @bigsex000 So instead of saying something halfway intelligent that would sway me to beleive you know what youre talking about you tell me youre in college and how much you weigh.fucking brilliant!!!

  • @macready1989 yea lol everyone is different imo, some people grow faster in specific muscle groups

like ive been working out for almost 2 years and ive gained about 45pounds

(140-185lbs) im not being 100% accurate tho and i know its not all muscle lol

  • haha alex bro, im with you man i did the exact same thing 45 -55 pounds in 2 years i know its possible without drugs and i know you prolly worked just as hard as me so lat the haters hate you look great man keep it up

  • I hate guys who always say: 100% Steroids

if he realy trained 2 years it´s possible to get these results! So pls shut up!

    Nice worg buddy ;)

  • HAHAHA NICE USE OF STERIODS

  • People who say he that he used steroids, I feel sorry for you, because you are either a.) physically incapable of putting on muscle or b.) too lazy to actually find out for yourself.

  • ESTEROYDES 100%

  • @BodybuildAlex HAHAHAHA!^^

  • @BodybuildAlex everyone just jealous dude

  • @BodybuildAlex LOL!!!! Nice gains though man, did you mix any protein shakes?

  • My best friend had really amazing results like this after 2 years of lifting. I KNOW he didnt take anything but Jack3d (pre workout supplement) and protein.Good stuff man!

  • crazy. im not saying u used roids. but u must have used something. ive been working out for 3 years now with perfect dieting no cheating, hard work out and everything. and not near those results. but then again i dont use anything. not even protein powders or creatine.

  • Good shit man! That muscle you put on really helped your body shape improve also. Congrats!

  • what the fuck are u guys talkin about when u work out for 2 years and by workout i mean: eat 4 to 5 meals a day no mcdonals or bk but chicken breast thuna slad vegtables rice pasta etc training in terms of heavy weights low reps and no split workouts and sleep 9-10 hours a day no alcohol and maybe some creatine and of course protein shakes every day than i will garantee u the results will be stunning so all youtubers stop hating on others cause of there achievements that makes u look dumb

  • you must have good genes, or were you a hard gainer?

  • in some pics u look like clay Matthews

  • I don't see anything unusal about this transformation this is about one of the only honest ones i've seen.To me it looks like you've learned a little about the glicemic index towards the end. Just don't over do it with the carbs your still young the body has a lot of growing to do you'll bulk up don't worry you are already.Still you don't want to wind up with high tryglicerides by the time your in your prime. But your abs are insane so whatever.LOOKIN GOOD BUDDY.

  • Can i still gain if i don't take proteins/creatine?

  • @Alex1421001 food bro, lots and lots of fucking food mixed with a high workout, i assume u don't need to tone, so keep ur weight high and your reps on the lower end. cottage cheese is an excellent form of casein protein my man (takes longer to break down, therefore eat it before bed). eat eat eat. dream dream dream. get big big big bro. good luck to you alex

  • @UFCGeorgeStPierre Thank you very much.I'm already seeing results after 1-2 months.I eat a lot now but i still don't put fat.Haha.

  • Wow good job man,

i am training like 1 year and a half and i'm far away from such big arms... Can you send me a private message about your training and do you watch your food, did you use any creatine or other stuff? how much do you visit the gym? etc..

I would really appreciate it if you reply, thanks :)

  • Nice job, bro! ;)

  • gj bro

  • Loving all the broscience on here, you can't constantly stay anabolic 24/7, the body cycles through catabolic and anabolic stages and each of them stimulate the other.

As for the change, good mate, of course it's perfectly possible to do this naturally, I have seen dudes blow up way faster than this guy and their natural....... all in the genes.

  • Well It doesnt sound like you were juicing...

So my guess is flawless diet, hard work ethic, and one in a thousand genetics.

Sorry mate, but most people working their ass off with good diets don't achieve results like this.

  • This is awesome. Respect!

  • you deffinitely took either roids, which i doubt, or some prohormones. not a doubt in my mind, looks like your entire personality changed from a punk rockin lookin mother fucker to a posin ass prep, which i would think be due to change in personality these kinds of drugs do to people. quit hiding the truth..

truth is NOBODY GIVES A FUCK

  • some people just have good genetics and a very hard work ethic. doesnt allways meen roids. i know people who have had similar results, 2 years of training can do alot

  • roids win

  • EXCELLENT JOB MAN!!! Do you have a link for your diet? keep up the great work!

  • If he used steroids it wouldn't take him 2years to get those results.

  • mate, you've done a great job, keep up the good work! i just wish that the motherfuckers behind their keyboards who have probably only been into a gym twice think they know anything about what you are doing. It's inspired me to up my game at any rate bud!

  • turns from rocker to dushbag

  • You got some nice results, though, taking the drug u took (which u did, I know you did, I'm studying to become a doctor, I know how the human body works. And there is NO WAY that is achieved in 2 years without drugs) Kinda fakes the result, so my conclusion is

    POSER

  • @lolderdelol I really doubt that you know anything about what you're talking about. Like I've said many times, I've been drug tested.

But let me break it down for you, "doctor."

The human body can synthesize proteins at a rate fast enough to yield approximately .2-1 pound of muscle a week.

Heavy resistance training will increase a target muscle groups protein synthesis and overall nitrogen retention of the body for up to 36 hours post training.

  • @BodybuildAlex A high protein diet, paired with supplementation of multi-vitamin/multi-mineral complexes, and amino acids, ensures the body is kept in an anabolic state, which means it is constantly utilizing amino acids to build bigger proteins and also build MUSCLE.

Therefore, in ideal situations it is feasibly possible to gain 50 pounds of muscle in two years.

That figure doesnt factor is bone growth, or the increased water and glycogen retention of the increased muscle mass.

  • @BodybuildAlex So in conclusion, YOU are the poser. For coming in here and claiming that what I have busted my ass for in "impossible without drugs." You know nothing. What I have done is completely possible. Just no to people like you, who aren't willing to push themselves hard enough to achieve something great, and only wish to discredit those who have because they can't fathom achieving it themselves.

  • @BodybuildAlex You had me at "to achieve something great." If you're going to seek a healthy lifestyle for yourself, that's fine - I trust you when you say it's come through hard work and dedication. Congratulations! You're a healthier person. But don't pretend that gaining muscle mass is somehow important to the rest of mankind. Thank you for proving it can be done... but you did not "achieve something great."

  • @BodybuildAlex i am 5'4'' 19 years old and i bench 295 pounds. never have taken steroids in my life. alex knows wtf he is talking about. but then again you being a doctor i wouldn't expect you to hit the gym with as much decidication as alex or i. taking 3-4 protein shakes along with creatine, amino acids, bcaa's,etc. will increase recovery as well as mass and strength gains.

paging doctor faggot, here's a little more info. the natural test levels in males at our ages (alex, I)

  • @BodybuildAlex

our bodies are at the highest natural test levels they will ever be at. .making sure this is the time to take advantage of lifting and muscle gain. as u may know, the level of test increases protein synthesis in our bodies and allows us to pack on more muscle faster. so. in clonclusion doctor faggot, naturally high test, along with fucking DECIDCATION. = more ripped then u will ever be.

    poser

  • @BodybuildAlex lol people are retarted you look very natural, i love when people talk about what they dont if they whent to the gym for once in there life they might have a clue. nice transformation from a fellow bodybuilder.

  • @BodybuildAlex I know SteroidsR4losers's true identity, check my channel

  • @lolderdelol shut up you idiot haha just because your training to be a doctor doesnt mean you know the effects of 2 years training. he might have had a perfect diet and was disciplined with his training. this could be achieved in two years. you should read up on nutrition and weight training.

  • @lolderdelol Dude.. You got shit on :\

  • @lolderdelol wtf u talking about ,, lol ur gunna be a lousy doc ,,, with the right diet and workout and alot of determination u can achieve what this guy has achieved in less then 2 years without drugs , how do i know because ive been working out for 1 year now nd im pretty close to what this guy is at , it also has to do wit ur body , diff ppl build up in diff ways , juss wanted to let it out ,,,, nd to this guy in the video , good shyt man keep it up

  • @lolderdelol this is very possible in 2 years from what ive achived in 1 year this guy is not to far off, why dont you try it.

  • Yea, "dock" your obviosuly not goin too a very good "doctor" school. I've seen tranformations you wouldnt believe in less amount of time, WithouT drugs. Hard Work Pays Off. Unlike your "Studying"

  • @lolderdelol ur a poser for going on like you know everything and going on about that ur doctor and all that, get ur clever ass out of this video, dont comment, close your internet browser and study some more bro

  • @lolderdelol Yeah you could see it in his nipples half way in anyways..... drugs or no drugs, good job mate

  • @lolderdelol worst doctor in history. try a different career you dumbass

  • What suppliments were you n bro , well building the muscle ? creatine super pump ect...

  • how were the roids bro?

  • @tr0llzorz I'm guessing from your using name that you're just trying to piss me off, but I've been drug tested to prove I didnt use steroids.

  • @BodybuildAlex In other words, they were good weren't they?

  • @tr0llzorz

    Jealousy is a motherfucker :)

  • @Kennethdk83 im not jealous of roid users

  • @tr0llzorz

only jealous people acuse others of cheating, without having any viable proof.. It's the nature of jealousy

  • @Kennethdk83 it's obvious; i dont need proof ;)

  • @tr0llzorz

It's obvious that your ignorance exceeds your knowledge, that's about all :)

  • @Kennethdk83 Other way around brooooo

  • @tr0llzorz

Nah.. if you had even the slightest knowledge about how the body work you would know.. but I rest my case, it's impossible to argue agains ignorance :) have a nice day

  • U got great results

  • Your shoulders are very impressive. Bowling balls muthafucka.

  • haircut transformation (Y)

  • Metalhead to normal guy to douchebag at the end hah

  • im 16 i try and work out every day but i allways stop for like a week cos im lazy , plus i never realy think im gonna get any bigger but this video shows it can be done have you got any tips?

  • That had to have taken some major dedication man, thats fucking awesome. Im 17, and i powerlift competitavely, and I know how it is. Go in feeling great, leave feeling like you just lost your stomach cavity haha. Im 5 foot 7 256 lbs and compete in the 275 lb division, trying to lean up a little more so if someone lifts the same as me ill win by lower BW advantage. Well Im rambling now, stay pumped! ~Greg

  • Dang some times you looked fat then skinny then lastly bulked dang 2 years hmmm

Im doing the exercising but not much money to go around on eating like a bear

Actually my pockets are on strike

    Im 18 weight: 132 pounds

Started exercising since like 16 but was only doing dips and pushups, so I have some type of muscle mass but started weight training November 1st of last year and still going strong so I wonder what results await me in about 2, 3 years.

  • i think that its very hard and you must work hard to reach results like that. but its really amazing and he's looking really good ;) greets from germany :)

  • emo to a normal guy

  • @LarosFeleon1 pff emo to douche imo

  • congrats bud looks like you worked hard! trust me this is possible naturally, with good diet and a proper work out schedule... most people just dont know how to work out properly. good work

  • 0:34 off season?

  • Well all i can tell is that this is steroid 110% sure,End of discussion.

  • great work!thank god u cutted your hair :D

  • lol all u are stupid. that 2 year.. 24 mounts! u can get lots in 24 mounts whitout steroids! im on that and i get like 5 kilos of pure muscle and all 7 kilos of all (muscle and fat) in just 3 mounts.

  • Nothing magical! Training+diet=RESULT. Two years far enough to get such a shape. I've gained 14 kg of muscle weight in 5 months with no roids, but with nice supply of course. Good luck.

  • That´s perfectly possible , i have been lifting natural for 19 months with the best suplements and a personal cheff which cooks me 6 meals a day and have gained 24 pounds of lean muscle , being much bigger than the guy in the vid. just squat and deadlift heavy , buy good supplements and bulk hard ( no matter what other people say) Don´t listen to haters and gym faggot teachers wich will never reveal the secrets of their physique. read my friend hours and hours of reading help a lot

  • nice, was this p90x or was this your own work out routins?

    .

  • well done man. the strongest guy at the strongest gym here is natural. part genetics, part diet. you've worked hard, don't stop.

  • if he was doing steroids he would be double from that.

  • Just a message to all the morons who are certain you used Steroids...

At optimum calorie overload and training most individuals can put on 1 lb. of muscle in a week, or at a decent calorie overload w/ training a little over 1lb. in 2 weeks.

There are 52 weeks (+ a day or 2) in year. At optimum training this means someone could potentially put on 52 lbs. in a year! But that's unrealistic... but in the span of 2 years this guy Alex must have put on around 60-70 lbs. of muscle (70 weeks...)

  • nice work. I believe that is definatly possible in two years. But it sure requires lots of work and dedcation!

  • You with long hair, you remind me of Clay Matthews... Haha.

  • as you seee once haircut bam muscle is there

  • I think those results are possible without steroids. I have been naturally training for three years and am probably where he was at '31'. I am also aged 31, so I entered late - a huge regret. With protein shakes and piling in chicken, steak and fish I put on two stone in six months - sure some fat. But a lot of muscle too. I respect this guy, as will anyone who knows what it's like to enter a strict training programme. Wishing every one who wants to improve themselves the best results for 2011

  • @richy902 Thats gotta be one of the best comments I've seen on my vids. Thanks for the kind wordsa.

  • @richy902 well said man

  • Damn bro you went SSJ3 ON OUR ASSES?!

  • u sir are one epic example of a man

  • nice job man, good choice transforming your hair too

  • Hey dude why you start to train? And respect from germany!

  • do you like yourself ?

  • I'VE BEEN WORKING OUT ARROUND A YEAR AND A HALF AND I WAS SKINNY LIKE HIM... BEEN WORKING VERY HARD AND TAKE SUPPLEMENTS (PROTEIN AND JACK3D), AND STILL NOT CLOSE TO THE BODY OF THE END OF THE VIDEO... SORRY BUT IN 2 YEARS THATS IMPOSIBLE WITHOUT STEROIDS...

  • @marcosolbon I sense some jealousy here, some peeple are just better at building muscle, you may be better at cardio, powerlifting, humans are very different.

  • cool video man

what kind of protein did you use ?

    plz reply

  • your faces for the last pics are totally fucked up, anyway cheers great results, how much weight gained in muscles in that period?

  • I like the transformation of ur haircut:)

  • great results. stay focused man.

  • Hell yea bro swole like a mother fucker

  • Natural my ass !!!!

    I smell steroids :)

  • the long hair was pretty cool tho

  • Steroids ftw! =D

  • @Maarten11982 Dumbass for the win!

  • @BodybuildAlex

    lol.. ok...

u say u did that in 24 months?

how much weight have u gained in muscles in that time?

the change is sick! of the scale unless u are taking some sort of steroids? (or similar?)

many bodybuilders say they dont take anything and get angry if people say they do... (spesialy they who do...)

have been lifting weights in a 4 year period and i am FAR away from your results. Ofcorse i do other things like martialarts and freerunning to.. so the fysic would not be the same

  • @Maarten11982 I dedicate to bodybuilding every day. I use tons of vitamins, fish, oil, protein and what not. I eat a good healthy meal of usually fish and rice every 2 hours, and i train to the point of throwing up or nearly passing out very regular. I am a certified trainer and have done tons of research to plan my diet and training.

I'm not just a casual weight lifter, and thats why I dont have casual results.

  • @BodybuildAlex ok ... in that case and if that is true... WERY good! =)

    U are amazing =)
