I am playing the MP 60's now and love them. They have taught me how to play golf. I really recommend blades for handicappers @18 who are ready to learn to play golf. I was at 97-100 every round. After 6 months of playing them I finnally got it and now swing properly and play between 84-90. Blades will make you swing properly. My question can anyone compare the 60 to the 68's. i love the look of these irons.
I'm HUGELY biased towards Mizuno, being I've played them all my love. Ballstriking is my forte, and I did try the Nike irons. They're good. Quite good. Compared to Mizuno? Mizuno wins. They have a better flight, better spin control, and better dispersion. Of course, this is my opinion and I AM biased. Though I doubt you'd be the least upset with the Nike blades. They're quite good. Especially for Nike.
I am a 20 handicap player and I think that you will think that I am mad showing interest in the Mizuno MP68. However in the 80's I had a set of Mizuno Pro Original. They were a fantastic set of clubs. I changed to another make and regretted the change. Unfortunately, when I went back to the pro shop they had sold them. I have the chance to buy the Mizuno MP68 irons and would welcome your suggestions for or against.
hey mate just wondering if im a low to mid 80s player what type of iron would be the best for my game? i hit the ball about medium height i have a natural average draw also. Sort of a baby draw as people have told me.
Is he trying to say you have to have a lot of energy to play these clubs. I am 45 and played Golf on Titleist and Hogans. Now I am considering this club in the bladed irons. But concerned of the distance and the energy required to play 18 holes.
@Maidendeth55 mizuno hands down.... titleist makes great irons, don't get me wrong, but the quality of steel mizuno uses and that grain flow forged technology make it more than worth it. I play the mp-11s right now and even though they are an older model they still hit well, give me the control i want, and have amazing feel.
@iiredeye I just ordered my 68's. They feel even more soild than my 37's. worth a look at. If you like your 37's and are thinking of getting some new irons you'll get on great with these.
The 68 mizuno blade is very similar to the MP 67 Mizuno, i do like to the two finishes in the new MP 68 irons. The 68 does feel vewry solid and nice off the face.

I believe they are about the same. The sole of the 68's are slightly thicker. I thought the mp68's would be less forgiving than the 67's due to it being a pure muscleback but it certainly felt the same. The MP-68's is beautiful. The looks would be the only reason I would make the switch. I would go to a golfstore and hit the mp68's so you can find out for yourself and realize you made a great decision!
actually i hit them side my side, i don't see any difference in feel and yardage even though mp 67 has 1 degree weaker. Mp68 definitely look beautiful, but i like the mp67 on the grass more, it just give me a more clear divot. Both are gorgeous, very easy to work the ball, but i think i will adjust my 67 2 degree stronger to get back a little bit yardage to complete my whole range.
I have MP-68 with project x5.5 shaft. These feel great and solid. I love these irons.

i am with the s300, getting a nice ball flight, not too high, my 6 iron swing speed is around 92- 96.
