    Pleaaaaaase

  • bhphoto or adorama search in google :)

  • digitalwonderworld (dot) de

german website with excellent service good prices and deliver to france

  • bad ass lens!

  • I ordered the non IS version of this lens last week. I cannot wait!

  • I know this is an old comment, but how do you like it so far? The IS version is nearly double that of the non-IS.

  • I love it man. It's so sharp and the colours and contrast are so nice to look at :P If you are considering this lens, i would say go for it. You can check out my review of this lens as well on my page

  • and consider that it's as expensive as the NON-IS of version of the f/2.8 lens

  • I would like to know this aswell.

  • did u try using this lens for sports photography?..if yes how is it?

  • I went into a camera store and tried this lens on my rebel xs. it was really slow focusing and seemed noisy. but upgrading to the IS ver is an more than double the price. I need a lens for sports photography, but havent decided on one yet.

  • Slow focusing? That's strange as it's USM. My copy is so fast.. But it depends on where you were testing it out. if it was in a poorly lit shop then you cannot judge this lens on that as the focusing is going to be slow if there isn't much light entering the lens. It's an awesome lens with or without IS

  • chadsexinton, if you are shooting outdoor sports, the f/4 is decent but you should really consider the f/2.8. Image Stabilization does nothing to stop the action so it's not that important for sports. You should be using a monopod or tripod anyway. The IS will help with compensate for any movement when you have your camera on a tripod or monopod though. With f/2.8 you'll be able to bring more light onto the sensor so you can use a faster shutter speed.

  • really?

all 70-200mm L of Canon are equiped with USM which is fast and quiet at the same time! :O
