I've noticed a lot of girls do their eye makeup BEFORE they do their foundation and powder?? Why is that?? I don't think I could do that, foundation and powder has always been a must-do-first for me??

If you're doing a look that has a lot of dark colors some of the product falls onto your face and if you wait to do your face makeup it makes cleaning up that fallout SO MUCH easier, you're not taking off all your face makeup when you cleanup the fallout. I hope I explained that right....
