I happen to add all (greens, vegetable, fruits, nuts and very little dressing), it turns to be one big bowl of Salad. Is this kind of salad good for dinner( as one whole meal) ? Thanks for the post.

Its good to see you wash your salad, you can get these packet salads that are supposed to be "washed". Once when i had one of these ready "washed" salads i found a dead bug in it, so they are not all that clean.

The link between dairy and cancer is not fact. Go look it up and when the question is asked it says it MAY be related. May and is are two totally different things. Now I'm not saying that what this guy is doing id bad, I love veggies and salads. But for him to sit there and try and use a scare tactic like dairy will give you cancer is pretty crappy. There's protein and omega3 acids in some dairy that your body needs. So don't fall for the scare tactic. Go have a cheese omlet or something.
