  • Were was this in manitoba.

  • very nice

  • Great video, very well done! good job on getting youth invovled in the sport too...

  • that's a good video but the choice of loud dance crap music is not great. Just me.

We're hitting em the same in Alberta too. This year we limited out every day. It was awesome.

Get those dogs trained up. No excuses for stealing birds :-)

  • Awsome hunting guys. always wanted to hunt manitoba and alberta but live in ontario lol. goo job.

  • @callofduty4dude Thanks bud... getting ready to do it AGAIN this year!

  • thts a pretty place u got there i would love to hunt there but in a way i think it takes away the fun of it a little bit wen hundreds are coming in but still love it good hunting to ya cant belive the season is already over here

  • Thanks for the kudos... believe it or not it is STILL tons of fun, especially when you have 2 young hunters doing most of the squeezing ;O)

    They sure had a "blast"

  • i would die to hunt a place like that man wow good vid

  • Our season starts in September, both ducks and geese at the same time.

  • i like this when did ur goose seasone and duck seasone start ?

  • i wish we had ducks like that down in the ottawa area nice vid

  • Yes it is private property... no it was not a "junor hunt".

The boys shooting were 12yrs old and a dad backing them. My son is to the right of me... I just ran the camera and the dawg! :O)

  • is this private property. was it a junior hunt?

  • Great Video, just watching it makes me anxious for the season.

  • I shot 2 ducks then, and the cool thing was it was mah bday.

  • Man just watching this video gets me fired up for the upcoming season, way to get into them, you know what your doing, nice shooting as well

  • Wow u guys are so lucky to have flight lines like these, great show people!!!

  • that looks so fun

  • I don't know about you idiots from the deep sath, but I hunt a lot with just me and my dog, geese, ducks, woodcock, grouse, pheasant and rabbit. He flushes and finds game well enough for me, brings everything I shoot directly to hand and doesn't run away. That's all I really want, I'm not running retriever trials and I have no inclination to do that. If you want to that's fine, but start posting some of your vids so we can see what you can do. Man up or Shut up!

  • WORD!

  • Nice video... wow those 2 kids are lucky to have their dads take them hunting!

Looks like the dogs are coming along just fine. That one guy (a dad I assume) needs to get in his blind, thats what probably flared the birds, good job anyway. Nice to see all the ducks almost landing on yall!

  • stupid yanks, good vid man, you guys are good fuck what the yanks say

  • The duck...are they all mallard?

  • Most are mallards... there were some Pintails in there too... it was a hoot!

  • And another thing, those dogs are doing pretty good for the number of birds and action in the area. You guys commenting from the US in a negative fashion are idiots, complete idiots.

  • Man, why are people dissing you for this video. Not a fan of the song but hey whatever. However poodles were originally excellent retrievers and are still allowed to compete in retriever trials. I have labs but just a bit of info for ya.

  • Thanks captaincool... I should have used PUG or something for derogatory. Again the labs in this video has ZERO experience in real hunting situations... check my video of me and my boys in the marsh... he's getting better thats for sure.

These a-holes that make these comments are just that... AHOLES

  • OK, I'll remember that....If a flock of 70 birds come in - "must kill all 70" - lest the others get educated.

Would you guys rather we stopped hunting altogether so the birds can still be dumb when they get to Arkansas?

Problem I got with this thread is these guys with the holier than thou attitude. "Dumbarse" "Trash" Who the fuck do these guys think they are?

There are a variety of reasons why the birds act differently down there....and education is only one of them.

  • Yup, 'mericans know it all. Like these birds get a whole lot smarter between here and there. You must think every one of those birds is fresh outa the egg?

Look, if the deeks are set right and the birds want the field you could damn near wear blaze orange out there and they'd still come in. And its got nothin to do with Canada.

Go ahead american woman, feel special cuz yer killin them extra s.m.r.t sourthern birds.

  • its different than canada hunting, no doubt about it. When you guys call in a flock of 70 and only kill 3-4 then it educates those other birds and by the time they make it to arkansas they are pretty wise and you have to be on the X to get anything and you have to be camoflaged well.

  • proof positive any dumbarse can kill birds in Canada. Try that shiat down south and get ready to have your ass handed to you.

  • Ahhh I get it... down South yall are PRO DUCK Hunters... right? Ya never miss... everyone is a PRO caller... you must be because you have the WORLD Duck Calling Championships... do you compete against the WORLD or do you just THINK you are WORLD Champions?

Funny I never see anyone from "the WORLD" in these contests.... JUST BILLIES!

  • trash dogs/handlers.. if your gunna use a layout, then use the damn thing correctly. get in it and shut the damn doors.

  • ducksmasher... where are YOUR videos of duck/goose hunting... AND dog handling?? What do u have a Poodle?

I bet you don't even have a dog!! Probably a friigin Cat! What a mouth piece.

  • thats amazing. i love the video

  • The reason they seem so educated is cuz yall are one step down on the evolutionary ladder from then them ducky birds.

Shit, a guy takes his kids out for an awesome shoot (helping to pass this dying activity along) and we gotta listen to Daniel - Fuckin - Boone pontificate about huntin right.

That's the problem people have with Americans - they always gotta tell the rest of us how we should do it. When we should do it and who we should do it with. Do us a favor, stay at home Missouri.

  • Sorry have to finish....Dog training 5 grand....Having alot of money and being on the X still don't make ya a duck or goose hunter....

Next time....Calm down...leave the mutts at home and the reason you cant call them over is you are flaring the birds at 70 yards....

No wonder them birds are so educated by the time they make it to Missouri....

    Next time use the guide.....

  • Well.... as far as an education is concerned, I see you need one in grammar. Not that I have to explain myself but it's people like you that have NO idea.

Two of the "mutts" were hunting for the first time. Two of the hunters are "12 years old". We were out with a FRIEND who just happens to be a guide, not that it has any relevance. Keep your redneck comments to yourself, this was a fun/great day and everyone learned something, including the MUTTS.

    Living in Canada PRICELESS!

    Git R DONE!

  • Trip to Canada 7 grand....Calling lessons 3 grand.....Dog Training....5

  • Living in Missouri Priceless... if yall wanna be a BILLY!

    :O)

  • how much you want to take me out there??

  • ONE MILLION DOLLARS... hehehe...

    where u live?

  • AMAZING.... try minnesota

  • I wish we had shooting like that in the UK!

You must be one proud dad! Have a good season.

    Gregg

  • nice job guys.killer.keep it up

  • aswome video just wondering what kind of camera or hat cam you are using ?
