When our current Queen was crowned my family in Cardiff had a Royal Blue gift box lined with silk containing a Baby silver-spoon and the box was marked Baby. From our family's history of children and grand-children, the boxed baby spoon was passed to me. When abroad last year I handed it to my son as a family heirloom to give to his future children. I was returning, in need of hospital treatment at a chronic wound healing clinic here. Regretably, somebody packed it in my metal trunk. Daft? Sad!

If you state "all labelling on the freight" it would mean some locked sealed metal trunks DID survive? If any survived, surely they would have asked that clients send a descriptive list of their treasured items packed within? Last year, I asked them via email if any possessions would be salvaged and they replied everything was melted in heat so burned. I have not received a response to my claim for 500 kilos thus await compensation payment.

However, I'm somewhat bemused by the fact if there were a sprinkler system is this facility..?? I work in a 740,000 sq ft W/hse now and there are sprinklers all over the shop.
