I HATE this level!! It took me forever to find the 2 or 3 secret monkeys in the pyramid. it was so awesome when I finally did, though.

i CANNOT catch uri. there's not enpugh time to put out the fire on the platform AND jump on it :( help?

Aim the water opposite of the direction the platforms are coming to get a better shot at dousing the flames. It may take a couple revolutions, but you'll get a couple platforms that are safe to jump on to ride over to the back room.
