Powerful footage, and disturbing. Was that an experimented upon sheep fetus that bit the guy's ear off?

I'm now curious what the video (not the audio) was from. I found the kid freaking out the younger kid and making himself metaphorically into a wolf in sheep's clothing by literally wearing the skin of a sheep he killed fit the whole theme and some of the messages of the album quite well.
