cps is good and bad just as many kids die in the care of cps as anywhere else i was in a foster home and they used to beat me and lock me in a closet thank god my stepfather rescued me from them and then when i tried to tell what happened they called me a dumb kid and these people wouldnt do that cause cps screens everyone
