Please dont do it with braces on. When you get the braces of, you will have yellow spots where the braces sat and the whitening couldn't get through. :-)

Hi im from the uk, and pretty much all of the people i know do not have white teeth, me included (although they are 90% white i think!) and whenever i see any normal person from America in an interview, child etc they always have bright white teeth! How??? Do you all use bleach on your kids from a young age and yourself included... or? Because i think that our diets are the reason to blame for the bad teeth, as we all eat or drink something that really stains your teeth, e.g tea, chocholate.

This product is not a dramatic fix, however, it does give your teeth a "natural-white" look. You really have to pay attention to your gum-line as well so that your teeth don't stripe.

Also, if you're prone to "zingers" (those sharp, cold to hot pains), then you should really buy the kits with the prepping solution. I've found that my teeth are really sensitive without it.

Hope this helps! It's only about 8 dollars, so I'd say the investment is lucrative. =)

I love that stuff! It worked well for me. My teeth do get really sensitive with it but thats because it does not whiten my teeth in 5 minutes within a few days it usually takes a lot longer so I leave it on for like 10 or 15 minutes instead and it works in less days. It works faster but with more sensitivity. Also I usually get this at walmart but sometimes they are out of it for quite a while. Meijers sells it to!

It's not toothpaste. It's a tooth "bleach" that has hydrogen peroxide in it. It get's your teeth way whiter than any toothpaste can. :)
