  • that is not faking it- my brother is in crew and so we got an erg and i tried it and its exausting!!! (coming from a future coxins point of view lol)

  • and THAT is how you know you have rowed your 2K properly

  • Love how the cameramen are staring at him waiting for him to move!

  • Ouch - anaerobic for last 500m I would bet - no oxygen left in his whole body.

  • Wow, rowing is great, you get so worked up as soon as your done with the race and especially if you medal, then after you get to the docks, you are dead as a mofo...lol

  • haha the camera guys r funny:P

  • 24 guys don´t know at all what rowing means.

  • 24 people havent won fuck all! you havent won fuck all! you havent won fuck all and you never fucking will! This man is an international level competitor whatever he does, faking or not its better than anything you can do or will ever do in your miserbale shitty fuck little lives!

  • @robinfisichella Well then.

  • @bectes1995 i row since 10 :) thats the age where u can start rowing for medals in my country at least.

  • I may only have 16 years old but i already won more than 100 medals in my country (much of them in 2x) and i know it is real because in rowing you dont feel it right after the reggata but after some time, and that happens when u give all u have.

Thats why this sport is the best its painfull but knowing that everything you worked for did happen thats the best thing you can fill.

My coach always telled me we gotta die 3 times in a regatta; at the start, the middle and at the end.

  • @MetalForTheWin7 You have rowed since what age?

Because for 16 you got damn many medals xD

  • I know his pain man. The most uncomfortable pain in the world. As if rowing itself wasn't hard enough.. getting out of the boat is equally as bad! haha

  • @Whisper2Baxwell The most painful part of the race is when you stop.

  • 22 People haven't rowwed.

  • This is my only goal in rowing: to push myself as hard as this guy.

And to all haters, stop drinking that haterade and try rowing someday.

  • If the finish line has some distance from the boat house. That distance is the most painful part.

  • its worse when you have to carry ur quad straight away a good 700metres to ur boat trailer :/ and no one even attempts to help u...

  • i like how noones helping him and just standing there with camera's xD

  • K.O.

  • john wall 0:18

  • The way it should be.... leave it all on the water

  • i love how the camera guy just stands there like a retard

  • @TheMidnight2112 spread the word to end the word; using the word retard is offensive and hurtful to many people.

  • @dadato82 stfu he just won a world championship

  • Comment removed

  • @placey07 ...so, show some class and pretend he is not that tired!!!

  • @dadato82 Obviously you've never rowed before...

  • @snowboardgirl63 ..don't make me laugh...do have 33 rowing medals (1X, 2X and 4x) and a US Rowing Clubs Championship title (1X), didnt think so!! What, did you only row an 8 in college, pfft???? Look me up...then talk!!!!

  • @dadato82 Ok dude! Gosh! Calm down, I'm sorry!

  • haha . right too, why wud you even bother if your job was just to win! i think thats a job well done

  • rowing Denis Rodman wonabee :-)

  • let them carry the boat, he's still a winner ;)

  • The more you push, the more you piss off your rivals :P

  • hacker is member of my club, and hes such an egomaniac haha. he always acts like hes the king of the world^^

  • motherfucking haters- TRY rowing then say he's faking for attention.

  • Still think he is faking it. Why isnt this happening as soon as he crosses the finish line? I figure that this is after the medalseremony, ap 20-30 min after the race, when he is going back to the boatpark. Anyways, he did row a really good race this year and had a fantastic season.

  • @netsna he probably still has a lot of adrenaline going through his body after the race and he probably just chilled out on his way back to the dock and needed to lay down for a bit :P

  • That skiff was unbalanced.

  • @netsna Nope. That's what we in the rowing business call a race. Results include: Lack of feeling in legs, walking like a cripple, no feeling in abs, arms too sore to lift a baseball, and shaking ankles.

That's not an attention act, that's the most comfortable position after a race.

  • @netsna that is the feeling you get after you race... if you were a rower you would know what it feels like.... if you are a rower and dont know what it feels like you arent trying or you are a cox

  • @8grimsby8 wat have u won stains amatuer regatta?

  • after winning you get a boost of adrenaline, for all you losers out there that havent won

  • @8grimsby8 I won Henley Gold a few weeks ago, I felt no adrenaline rush. I could bearly stand. I wish I had one of course but you shouldn't talk down as if your better then the rest

  • Yeh If you still have energy left at the end then there was no point in it

  • thing is, if you dont feel like this after a race, you didnt give it everything. if you get back to the docks and still feel compltely fine then theres no room to complain for a loss, thats just how rowing is lol. everything or nothing.

  • I know how he feels, but it looks really funny when those 2 camera guys are filming him ;DD

  • for all those thinking he faked it: can you win worlds in a single?

if not, go do that, then say he faked it

  • I know its been said but that happens every time you really row hard in a race

  • thats wat's supposed to happen after a real row

  • der ist n super Ruderer, aber ein unfreundliches großmaul. hab ihn gestartetund der hat nur rumgeschrien. konnte nicht höflich sein wie die anderen auch

  • ICh liebe marcel Hacker :)

  • hardballer!!

  • rowing is the hardest sport i have ever done! so i do understand him, when you give it all you have got you are down afterwards!

  • @zeroexcfg yea i like rowing too because it gets out in the race who you REALLY are xDlike if you have the courage and the guts to give it ALL and die winning, or just too weak (yes training helps and its a basicbut really if you row you know its a battle of pain and GUTS xD wins who has more balls at least in my rowing experience... (: )had to work in my courage and motivation to win, and i know that guts gave me my medalls, because in the race i surpased my limits although training did help xD

  • can somebody tell me the name of the song which plays at the beginning of this video???

  • @YYXful it is the Overture from the opera "Carmen"

  • @MissChubbigans thank you very very much.

  • A men to him NOT faking it! Nothing wastes you like a 2k. Anyone who disagrees either doesn't row or doesn't row hard enough!

  • @samueldavidadams there is something that wastes u more we have 6k then 4k then 2k on our pratice and its hell ....

  • To all the people who thinks he is faking it;

You all have obviously never rowed before.

  • @kamikaze8302 yeah, he isn't faking it, when i won national gold in mexico DF (its alot much altitude than where i live) i got off the boat and was almost puking, couldnt breath well and had to get help getting my boat away, and i still had another race that same day xD (oh, but my pride was pretty fine and strong after the national gold though xD)

  • @jaja830 Dude, it's Mexico, not the most competitive rowing venue. Also, that whole I have "medalls (sic)" is pretty obnoxious. If you were good, you'd be confident enough not to have to brag.

  • @genericuser1001 dude, so what? we are strong, got friends that compete internacional in the panamericans&canamex, besides i was just commenting, not asking for your opinion(abnoxious?wtf,im not braging, if you had a slight bit of inteligence you could see from reading that i was commenting that i DID get tired after winning, it would be brag if i sayd "i have gold medals, im better than you" or sumething similar )get it?if you try to critizise, at least see if its true about what ur critizing

  • @genericuser1001 It's not Mexico, Sevilla's in Spain

  • it's so common for rowers to not be able to take their boats out of the water afterwards; not really sure why people think he's faking it! You'd have a massive surge of adrenalin after winning something that big, and once that dies down you'd be completely gone - he could hardly walk away if you look at his legs...

  • He was putting it on , if you have enough energy to jump around like that you have enough energy to stand up and take your own boat out of the water.

Good on him for winning but he semi takes away the pride of it for being a f.wit

  • i guess it was just the adrenaline rushing through, and then it went down and everything else too

  • @nightime247 No, it means that he gave everything he have, He just over do it when he was celebrating but win is win and this even proove that he is a great athlete because he knows until when to push.

  • @nightime247 my friend and i do rowing and he did like a victory thing like that and then blacked out, it happens in rowing

  • is he dead????

    nope hes alive

  • Maybe if i win i will be same like that. Huhuhu

  • pussyo

  • hahaha, i dont know if i would have the nerve to do all the posing if i won, must be awesome winning a single scull race! I dont think he was so tired he couldnt take his boat back though lmao! I reckon he played on it a bit, very funny though!

  • anyone who rows knows thats what happens when you give it your all

  • @DecemberWinterland very true.. thats what happens to me most times on ergs...!!! sometimes people get pissed if it happens too many times.! but i still love rowing, never would think of quiting!

  • @DecemberWinterland

    ohh yes :D

  • You never know what to expect from Hacker

  • it´s great haha

  • as soon as that adrenaline wore off... lol

  • hahaha, sexy pose

  • hahha

  • I bet he is so lazy, that he just layed down hoping for anyone to bring up the boat.

  • Fair play, he must have give it everything and when the adrenaline wore off the fatigue hit him like a Mike Tyson upper cut. Sport the way it should be.

  • Adrenaline and lactic acid make the most nauseating combination ever. Your stomach feels like a deflated balloon, your limbs feel like rubber, and you're heart is still beating faster than beno313 rubbing one out on a monday night after bed-time.

  • shut up beno pussy-wherer are you from?

  • fag cock-breath dick-nose pussy-cramp mother fucker.

  • our club has a boat with the name spelled on the side with electrical tape: "Pukey". I guess he was too tired to lean over the side.

  • silly germans...rowings for men!!

  • I agree ben0313 what a wuss!!

  • he probably "crashed"his weight the days before the race in order to join in another weight class? I dunno if that was the case, but it would explain the passing out :D

  • to theMMaI in mens FISA rowing it is 160 max, or heavy. I don't think hes going for 160lbs...

I'd be friggin impressed if he did it though! (make 160 without being dead)

  • That video is full of German win.

  • he's a jerk

  • not at all actually. if your a real man you go as hard as you possibly can until you physically cannot move anymore

  • a bit over exaggerated. but if he must....

  • what exactly happenend? did he win and then just rested on the floor caus he was so fucked or wat?

  • now there's emptying the tank for you...I love the way the camera crew just...stayed standing over him in morbid fascination...

  • its a german sculler :D i saw that competition :D

  • haha, i know how that goes.

  • what self motivation ,did he finish ?if nhe did then i admire that guy

  • that's rowing!

  • what an act!!!!
