Okay, this really helped me, I've been wondering what that long tube was for. I'd noticed some crickets had one and others didn't but I couldn't figure out WHY they kept sticking them into the sponge I use to give them water. :o I guess I need to upgrade the habitat a bit, because crickets drinking crickets probably isn't so good. XD
Very often, I see them doing it all the time until they die, =/ ...
As long as the conditions are right they are doing it. If you see them stop it is probably because something is wrong like the temp, moisture or soil height. Im nop a pro but hope this helps!!!
