He has a lot of great information on astral projection. I have not mastered it myself. My third eye opened about 12 years ago. In my experience, it won't make you have OBEs. However awareness of subtle energy in general helps with astral projection according to those who have done it a lot. Good luck.

The way I understand it, you're supposed to get deeply relaxed, but not quite fall asleep. Then you tune into your body's energy, pass through a vibration state, and project your mind to a target. i Felt like something cold went through my body and then i did not open my eye and i stood up and went to table to pick up clock with close eyes i did not see very clearly for first time but i nearly picked it up, i just put my hand on the table but it was very very very near the clock!!

i was panicking when i tried this, i got scared and began to pray. i didn't want to open my third eye, i hoped i didn't by imagining what this gay guy was saying. I don't want to see them, it's enough for me to feel unusual things. I know myself hard enough. I did it out if curiosity.

I concur with your theory on practice makes perfect even the concept you have used going to a thrift shop antique shop
and to hold objects projection readings. It is my opinion, personal, or other objects readings, I find it personally
the object does not have to be there, mental projections the object physically not necessary.As long as your practice
taking into consideration smelling will enhance sensitivity of the object reading as well.

He has a lot of great information on astral projection. I have not mastered it myself. My third eye opened about 12 years ago. In my experience, it won't make you have OBEs. However awareness of subtle energy in general helps with astral projection according to those who have done it a lot. Good luck.

@pieman6313 Robert Bruce teaches how to do it through his website. You can also learn about the Monroe Institute. The way I understand it, you're supposed to get deeply relaxed, but not quite fall asleep. Then you tune into your body's energy, pass through a vibration state, and project your mind to a target. I try to float, because that seems easiest. But I still haven't quite gotten it. It may take practice.

@lyons319 yeah well when i try to project i relax and think about projecting and within minutes i feel very heavy and i cannot move unless i try really hard then i feel tingly as well but i have never astral projected yet last time i tried it was in the morning i dont know how close i got tho, when i tryed i felt very heavy and tingly then i imagined my astral body climbing a rope and then my eyes started to twitch randomly a lot and i also felt somewhat different. and saw white under my eyelids

Well I have doing this thing for a few weeks with no luck until yesterday.
I was fixing a few things on my car and saw a blonde woman out the corner of my eye, first i thought it was my partner standing behind me so I started telling her the alternator was buggered only to turn around for a response and no one was there, she was in the living room with my son. Tonight I was cooking and saw something walk past the door to the hallway, again it wasn't my partner or son, they were infront of me.
