It runs, but its going to need approx. 10K worth of work..

@ethanjohnston1 doesn't your Dad have a crazy fast C30 T5? They are much quicker than Nissan Z's, especially through the corners. But also on straights. Thats so embarrassing for the gaylord SRpowerd1 guy.
@datsun723 sometimes for retarded reasons people will do 240 dash and tail light swaps on their 280, rare but it does happen. The easiest way to tell a 240 is the bumper recesses in the rear quarters.
@thebluemaggot The tail light swaps are far more common than the dash. It's all personal preference. My buddy's 280 has the 240 tails and for the longest time I was confused haha. Turns out our Z's are less than 1000 apart ;-)
@datsun723 In all honestly I think the 280 tail lights look much cleaner. If I had a 240Z and my tail light panel was rusted out I would do a 280 tail light swap. But like you said, personal preference.
I don't think it's a 240 though. Unless you changed out the front turn signals AND the rear tail lights. Also looks like a 240 dash but who knows haha.
@datsun723 i think your right. in front of the shifter you can see the air vent, instead of a single cylindrical shape vent (like in this car), the 280 has dual rectangular vents.
