I watch MMA fights all the time and these guys are tough as they get but most are very deficient in their boxing skills and wouldn't last 30 secs against an average pro boxer if they tried to stand up and fight more than a minute. However, if the boxer didn't know any grappling or wrestling he'd be in real trouble if he was taken down. In a street fight with "no rules", just go for his nuts. One kick or knee to his nuts and the fight is over. Been there- done that. Also had it done to me. lol
