I am thoroughly impressed. How easy is it to hold things in your hands? Those finger blades seem as though they'd get in the way a lot, but for Starkiller, he'd use the force and stuff, so I don't see the problem, and its only for combat anyway, but still. I'd like this costume over any other in all of star wars.

Absolutely... He was the most powerful Jedi and Sith. He existed on both sides pretty much and was the only one who could have lead any effective defense against the Mandolorian invasion to conquer the galaxy.

Honestly I lean towards Palpatine as the most powerful, greatest all time, but that's simply my opinion. He actually accomplished what Bane set out to do, under the direction of the Holocron by Revan, that the rule of 2 be the pinnacle of the organization of the Sith. Luke actually becomes the most powerful all time in the EU. He was the posterity of the chosen and had ALL the potential of Anakin. But I'd have to say that it's between Bane, Revan, and Sidious for the strongest Sith ever.

Sorry for double post, but I think we never actually see if Revan fulfilled his max potential, his story is incomplete and is still in question. Sidious could probably have taken Luke and Vader together, or it would have taken both of them to take down the emperor. But that would have been horrible for Vader to do that, cuz that goes against the Sith way for the rule of 2, becoming the master. It should be 1 vs 1 for the supreme power. But Vader knew he could never defeat Sidious on his own.

i mean i think palpy, was tough, but why does he so often risk dying like during the battle with mace windu, starkiller, on the good ending?

maybe its just me but i think since starkiller's story is not yet finished, he may be become more powerful than sidious in the new game. i would just love a versus mode with all the sith and all the jedi, so you can play as palpatine and fight starkiller, or revan and fight vader, etc.. and for all of them to come only with and all the powers each one had.

@DarthRevan651 I actually think due to his injuries and stupidity he never became what he could have. I think he failed at becoming the most powerful all time. He never tried to defeat Sidious straight on, he knew he'd lose. Never in 20 years did he try himself to do it.

2ndly, he was never a mastermind for the Sith, he was a grunt, a follower. That's about all he achieved. Its sad, but true. Luke became what Anakin never did. Btw, Anakin didn't need to be the strongest to be the chosen.

I think it was mainly because of all the mental handicaps he put on himself, if he never had those psychological problems that he had pre-Vader and when he was Vader, he would have most certainly been the strongest. I think Lucas said something along the lines that if Vader had accepted himself for what he had become after the events of Revenge of the Sith, he would have been more powerful than Palpatine (or come close to Palpy's power), even with all his injuries.

@SolidThugKnuckles What mental handicaps? I don't understand. He either is or isn't as powerful, body and mind are part of the equation. Vader never challenged Sidious like a real Sith should. He was either smart enough to know he couldn't win or was always too awestruck by the manipulations of Sidious to try. He seemed content to tout the line as Sidious desired. He was a dog on a leash and until LUKE came into the picture he was never more than that. Luke is the real hero.

Lucas said that (and I think even the character of Palpatine mentions it somewhere too) if Vader had simply gotten over his physical handicaps and inner conflict (or stupidity), he still could have channeled close to or more than what Palpatine's power was, rather than only up to 80% of Palpatine's power. He still would have had the problem of dealing with the fact that he can't generate lightning and that he's a lightning rod though.

And being a dog on a leash is exactly one of the ways Vader psychologically handicapped himself. Yeah, the loss of limbs was bound to make him lose power, but one of Palpatine's main gripes with Vader was that Vader should have been able to reawaken that lost power had Vader fully accepted himself and his path in life instead of hating himself. It's why Palpy tries to turn Starkiller and Luke to his side, or for that matter anyone who wasn't as tormented as Vader.

@SolidThugKnuckles So he's a mental dwarf, or retard or something. I still think his only accomplishment was triggered by Luke being strong, not him. When he saw his son be strong where he couldn't something clicked and he did what he had to do then. But he was the biggest failure of anyone in SW's, given his potential. About others, yes, Sidious did have others and probably salivated to get Luke on his side as well. If Luke turned there would never have been any chance for the rebels. No way!
