We have an 11.25% sales tax in Cook County. The state is going to raise our incomes taxes by 50%. They're also going to raise it on businesses.
We're in worse shape than serfs in feudal times. Even they only had to give up 25% of their labor.

I am in a collar county too. If it is decided to go forward, I will be out there daily for signatures. Next I would like to see u-46 broken up. Same story with that out here too!

Sickening how the truth is hard to combat. Really, how does a "group" get representation in this county? C(r)ook County is a JOKE.

I don't think we can get representation in Crook County. The Dems strangehold is too strong. Federal prosecution is our only hope, but that will take decades.
Palatine is on the right track - just leave Cook County.
