  • What programm is this ? pls answer ! Thank you :)

  • This is AWESOME! Thank you for posting. It's really helpful. One question I have, on the last oscillator you did not set any voices. I'm assuming there should be 1 voice on to get the white noise? In any case, it sounds great and I'm going to tweak it and use it in a track.

  • This really helped me! - thanks!

  • thanks!

  • Do Koven's Wake you up drop synth:D

  • thanks mate ! If you could make an tutorial about remixing songs it could be awesome , many thanks for this tutorial too. :)

  • Nice very helpful! A tutorial on how to make michael woods - first aid would be amazing!

  • Man I think you forgot to turn up your voices for the noise waveform, but otherwise good tutorial :)

  • I dont have a Menu, and 1,2,3 and 4 in the screen!! I only see:About and Parameters..?

  • Stupid question, probably, but I'm using another version of sylenth, and i don't have the kind of menu that you got, probably because I'm using fl. I can't get to that option 'init. preset' as shown at 01:40 and it's quite essential, right? can you help me?

  • so awsome. gonna post what i make with this its gonna be such a banger great tutorial LOVE numbers hate when people tell u to turn the knob and you guestimate

  • @crizthakidd Exactly! Haha I want you all to get the same sound without having to ask for presets... Kind of defeats the purpose IMO You learn a lot more by doing than by asking for the preset

  • great tutorial but dude... crack that "Screenflow" !! ;)

  • IF I SOUND DEAD ITS BEACUSE ITS TWO ON THE MORNING AND I AM TIRED.

  • That "drop synth" is known as a Stab. There's an exact sounding preset right in Ableton called "Synth-Clubby Dance Stabs" right there already instead by the way... Just a heads up for everyone.

Go to "Instrument Rack" > "Synth Chord > "Clubby Dance Stabs"

Effect the filter cutoff, chorus, and reverb it til its exactly like the song @ 1:00 ... Voila

    -DJ DC, Ableton Live Composer/Artist

  • Is there a reason you stick to the numbers so strictly?

  • @g00thier It's just so you guys know exactly what settings mine are at. Slight changes to certain parameters can change the sound slightly

  • Nice Tut! Good Job at 2:00am :)

  • Can you upload the preset?

  • Dude, you can record screen with quicktime! No need for 3rd party software

  • @blinx88pl Really? Cause This is the only software I found that lets me record audio direct from my Mac swell but if quicktime can do it I'd much rather do that!

  • @On1Muzic you can record audio separately (also with quicktime) and then mix it together in virtualdub, or iMovie

  • @blinx88pl Really? I never you could! Not much is mentioned or perhaps I never happened to research! Almost everyone uses Camtasia! Thanks for the brilliant info :)

  • love you <3

  • @iTzRegiOn Feelings mutual ;)

  • LISTEN MY SONG : Let There Be House ( Poopsies Remix )

  • @ThePoopsiesLevel thats shitty name ... litteraly

  • yo let us see the notes budd thanks

  • @dzole201 its the same not played over. Its an A note.

  • @Slashloo thanks budd

  • give it more pitch to sound exactly like hardwell

  • any chance you would be able to make the weird watery sounding sound effect skrillex uses at 1.00 in scary monsters in this vid /watch?v=WSeNSzJ2-Jw&ob=av3e

i know asking to reproducing skrillex is really fuckin hard but i cant find that one sound anywhere and i figured it was worth a try.

  • @gibsonguru15 So I go to 1:00 and its a growl sound I'm hearing? I know there are plenty of growl tutorials so I'm not sure if thats the one you want?

  • hey man, great tutorial... just wondering if you know how to make the resonance-y sound in porter robinson's 100% in the bitch at like 1:30... thanks mate, keep doing what you're doing, really helps :)

  • @pheonixinwater Are you talking about the one that goes wheepwheepwheepwheepwheep? or the first hit that goes uhhhhhh?

  • @On1Muzic Lol... the wheepwheep one :D thanks a lot bro <3

  • Still a few questions remain: How to make the Hardwell bigroom drop & How to master your tracks as good as Hardwell

  • This is EXACTLY what i was looking for on youtube! I've always wanted to use that sort of sound for one of my drops! Thanks so much for the tutorial, bro! I have a question though...i really struggle on making good claps and i love how Avicii and Hardwell both have very clean, crisp claps and i was wondering if there is any way you could make a short tutorial on layering of claps and how to make them sound nice! :)

  • @alexzahrai I'll see what I can whip up for you!

  • @On1Muzic Thanks

  • @alexzahrai Just sample their claps, everyone does it these days.

  • Could you do a tutorial on a production technique of the Hardwell drop by any chance?

  • @Slashloo What exactly do you mean? I need more specifics before i do one just so I'm sure of what you want

  • @On1Muzic well I'm pretty much asking for a basic outline of the way his progressive style works. Like most of the tutorials on youtube about progressive house are just the load z3ta chords of life and make some chords, its not the type of style that producers like hardwell, ralvero and shm use. Thats pretty much what I'm looking for.

  • dopee man!! keep it up! :]
