Thats weak, We get that all the time in AR, Thats just a storm with high winds. Thats not a tornado because if it was, there wouldn't be rain but hell. Rain stands for after the Tornado and Hell stands for before the Tornado.

Not all tornadoes look the same. We live in Iowa and my dad said that when he was little he was watching what he thought was a rain storm from a distance. When the 'rain' hit a big shed the shed was ripped to pieces. It was a tornado. In my opinion you can't say whether this is a tornado or not just by looking at this video. It isn't very clear.

Not that I'm an expert but I live around this kind of weather (Iowa).

It's not a good idea to stand near glass windows during a tornado. Did you know that tornadoes can drive a blade of grass into a piece of wood. Cool video though. One time we watched a tornado from our deck but it was about six miles away. We don't have any video footage of it.
