Have you ever heard of the concept called "mutual aid"? If you have, then you'd know that anarchism places a very strong emphasis on contributing to society. Capitalism, on the other hand, is all about taking from society for one's own personal gain.

Anarchists feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, and fight for the workers (among many other things), and anarchist theory strongly advocates community members helping each other. So tell me again how anarchists just want to leech off society?

Anarchism and socialism are not mutually exclusive. Socialism simply means that the workers rather than bosses own the means of production (factories, machines, etc.). Anarchism is therefore a form of socialism.

During the Spanish revolution, in the south workers collectivized their lands and created the first truly anarchist society in history.
