  • Beautiful piece. This (A Sea Named Solaris - Bach BMV639) is from Tomita's album, "Kosmos" (you have the album "Picture at an Exhibition" displayed above) which was a few years before the TV series "Cosmos" was aired. The album from the TV series was a compilation of multiple albums (Vangelis, significantly). Tomita (his Planets album; Holst) introduced me to the classical genre decades ago. He really exemplified the power of the synthesizer.

  • Sends shivers down my spine whenever I here it...just a fantastic emotional piece!!

  • La cancion mas hermosa que nunca escuche. Es el principio y el fin.

  • Tomita brought classical appreciation to my work environment. I will never forget these pieces that connected us to classical music.

  • Who did the version that used to play at Epcot at Disneyworld?

  • Carl Sagan's Cosmos...Fantastic, Rest in Peace Sir XXXXXXXXXXXX

  • Sounds a bit like Vangelis, great piece.

    Thank You!

  • Hey, this is Bach's invention "The sea named Solaris" from the album Cosmos. A masterpiece but you should rename the track!

  • @roncstelep You have reason, it has been a mistake. The name is changed already. Thank you very much.

  • This is Bach's Invention, isn't it?
