  • Once again, not enough Gonzo. . . wait, practically NO Gonzo. . .what is the DEAL!?!

  • I don't know maybe I starting to become sick but something about that camel's humps seem... I can't think of what to say.

  • The number with Helen and Sopwith is one of my fave muppet show songs

  • I have an honest question to ask, Has Sopwith the Camel Appeared in other episodes of "The Muppet Show"?

  • @TheHartzler Yes. In the episode with Dizzy Gillespie and again in the episode with Marty Feldman but he was refered to as Loretta in that one.

  • That Bactrain Camel looks like Samuel, from the TV show "Willa's Wild Life"

  • there are two ppl in that camel "costume" watch the legs

  • like the part where the bactrian camel starts to love Helen Reddy!

  • Perhaps that Australian number has been the most 'pointless' act on the Muppet show for a long time. But I like it, though. You just have to adore helpless kangaroos puzzled by the silly people (and windmills!) around it.

And of course, such marvellous dancing camels! Wonderful act!

I didn't know Helen Reddy before, but I now that I do, I like her. =)

  • 2:25 Look, a little dancing koala. Cute or silly? Or both?

Poor kangaroo looks pretty confused, doesn't he?

  • @NaiTaiDai The kangaroo is supposedly a she. It has a pouch.

  • Nothing like good old 70's

  • J: "This man can't hear anything."

P: "He's lucky, I've heard every dumb word."

  • i want to dance with a camel! that was by far my most favourite skit on the show

  • The camel is so funny and so sweet too!

  • Sopwith Camel. I love it!!! Was Charles Schulz still alive to see that? LOL.

  • @shannon1234550 I don't know if he saw it but he was alive.

  • Not to criticize, not at all; I love the show. But I do want to point out one detail in case anyone is interested. The scene appears to be one of the Middle East/Arabia . The two-humped camel is a Bactrian camel, found in Asia. The Arabian camel, or dromedary (also found in North Africa and parts of India), has only one hump. OK, I'm too much of a scholar. Really love the show.

  • A jumping windmill?

  • "Hubba Hubba!" I never knew Dr. Bob was perverted! What was Miss Piggy doing with her leg anyway?

  • @muppetfan33 Looking over her slipper, one would think.

  • XD!!!!

  • J: He's lost his hearing.

R: Well, perhaps he dropped it. I'll check under the table.

    Epic lol!
