I watch Extreme Makeover Home Edition and when ABC showed the Hughes Family story, it inspired me. His message has gotten me through some very difficult times. He has touched me to the very depth of my soul. I remind myself what kind of outlook I need to keep by watching Patrick's story and listening to his message of never failing, you set your mind to something and you can achieve it. i sat and watched this show w/ my 2yr old daughter...of course i was crying throughout it...it's very touching...even more so at the end when he sings this song. It's called "I Believe", and was done by Brooks and Dunn. I was very inspired to see Patrick again tonight on a rerun of EMHE, the Hughes family. He's amazing!

UncleMowglie I think you need a little background gen on this young man. He was born without eyes and his arms and legs will never fully extend. Post a video of yourself playing that song with your eyes closed and have them closed BEFORE you approach the piano and play that song as Flawlessly as he does and then pick holes. FFS this world really makes me sick!

We live only 40 miles from Louisville and have had the privlige of watching this young man grow up,singing on the WHAS Crusade for Children. He is truly amazing... he makes you think,feel and care. And your own problems seem very petty...he a gift to all of us in the Kentuckiana area.. Thanks Patrick you ROCK!!!

WOW! Patrick Henry is an amazing man! He has accomplished so much and his outlook on life is so encouraging! And his dad Holy Cow what a sacrifice he has made for his son he is truly what a real daddy should be! This story all around is so inspiring and if you have not seen him on extreme home makeover you should watch it. It is also so encouraging how he "sees" his disabilities as abilities. We need more people in this world like him!

Everytime i watch this show i tear up a little bit because its just so great what happens to these people, but patrick henry is like my hero, i love music, and he has inspired me to do all that i do. I also play in the marching band and pep band at my high school, and when i watched this episode i literally cried my eyes out, what he does is amazing.

I often tear up while watching Extreme Makeover Home Edition. This time, I cried, not just at the reveal, but at the grace of this young man.
