Usually these bootlegs often give out ridiculous and outlandish features such as changing characters during gameplay, and even allowing some characters to throw a wall of hadoukens by just doing their moves (i.e. E. Honda's hundred hand slap). What's even funny about them sometimes are the little details, such as one bootleg with the balls to put their phone number on the title, while knowing that it would get them in trouble with Capcom.
