@poppinlocker : If you're looking at Idol in general, this statement is false. Jasmine Trias (Season 3) has pure Filipino parents. Same goes to Ramiele Malubay (Season 7), who speaks Filipino very fluently and without any foreign sounding accent. Both went further into Idol compared to Sway, being 3rd and 9th respectively.

Camile Velasco is the one with mixed race (Half Fil).
