  • I think I still have tinnitus from hearing this played live. The noise was insane.

  • Know the TRUTH. This song is a mystical portal, one of very few hidden among the sonic landscapes of this techno-logical age. When you are ready, if you are fortunate, you will see with knew eyes, through your bleeding ears.

  • I am loving the reactions to this band, and this track in particular. To all those loving fans, I don't think they're coming back. But it doesn't mean the end of that sound. Be inspired by them and do your own thing. Your sound can be influenced by them, but make it your own. Make your sound do for others what Curve makes you feel.

  • so elegant... so ahead of their time

  • @bklyndude77 WAY AHEAD.

  • The only fault, they ever made is the seperation!

    Everything else is perfect!

    Miss them so much!

  • Should be featured in somebody's well directed Futuristic SCI-Fi fick, it really

creates fear and anticipation in the Audience.

  • @Hugo411 Hopefully my movie. Every track is usable in a scene that conjures emotional tension. Even their sophomoric, hackneyed songs (they have few) have some redeeming substance. The best underrated band of their time.

  • The very first time I heard this song I could not believe my ears . This was my first Curve LP and this was my first curve Love . This song hooked me to Curve faster than Superglue will stick your fingers together. This CD stayed in my player for around 3 months . Nothing else Just this disc . I have played this CD once a day, without fail, since the mid 90's .

  • Great video to my favourite Curve song - thanks!

  • Such an amazing song. I love to put my headphones in, turn it right up and quietly close my eyes for a few minutes. I just lost in Toni's voice and the sounds and music, which feel so endless and deep. It's just perfect.

  • Massive gooseflesh at this song. Mindblowing.

  • Found about this band from and old beavis and butthead episode on youtube. They're pretty damn sweet.

  • This is one of those rare songs wich you just slide into. When I hear this song at full volume, I forget there's war, I forget there's peace, I forget there's a world. It's just.... I can't explain it, really

  • Ahhh - YES - Leftfield ''Öriginal" - got it now. I've been thinking that it reminded me of that. I had forgotten that THAT was her.... Leftfield and Curve - why can't we have artists like that now ?'

  • Good art NeoDracco but you could have accomplished much more with a little fractal interplay, look forward to new stuff

  • I have no words ... just thank you for the milkdrop video

  • I can´t belive the level of this music at 2:22 :O... I can´t... why is this so... off of this world or even any other music... :O... I mean... I just feel so... alive... There is good music, this is beyond...

  • Congratulations friend, you've realized, goes beyond that, much more ...

  • That's where the song gets transcendent.

    "...you will drive me crazy..."

"...that's all it takes, subtle movements..."

  • So sexy, so beautiful.

  • another of its facets..., thanks ^^

  • I know. Listening to Curve at full volume has ruined my hearing!

  • The most amazing musical experience I've ever had was while listening to this song. Listen to this song from 2:14 and on at maximum volume on your stereo; the wall of sound will rip you heart out, make your brain explode, and cause you to weep uncontrollably and you will love every second of it.

  • It did.

  • damn right, though the calm makes the storm. This is serious stuff

  • this is just a bad ass piece of music

  • I actually saw Curve play at the Masquerade in Atlanta back in 92 or 93 when they were touring for the Cuckoo album. We just happened to be in that particular place at the RIGHT time. The band was so tight and Toni's voice was so crisp that the evening felt like some sort of spiritual happening. I have been hooked on them ever since that night. Curve is a Great, under appreciated band. I was really glad they got some major publicity when they started appearing on various movie soundtracks.

  • I saw Curve for the first time in Chicago in 1993 for Cuckoo. You described it well. From that instant on to this second, curve has been my favorite band because of that show. Everything was absolutely perfect and although I was stone sober, I felt like I was in a trance through the entire show, a feeling I have yet to duplicate (though Delirium came close in 2003). It felt like Toni was singing to me alone.

  • is that toni is not of this earth

  • i must have been living in a cave, i've never heard of curve this is really good stuff ohh and nice use of milkdrop

  • Along with "Recovery" from 'Come Clean' and "Horror Head" from 'Doppelganger', this has to my favorite Curve track.

  • spot on :) - utter brilliance!

  • "I would like to invite you to my mother's house, to my bedroom, to play those old records we know all the words to. And I would like you to kiss me, to crush me, to lick me. 'Til I beg you to stop - 'til you drive me crazy. 'Til I want you to stop - 'til you drive me crazy..." Toni I LOVE YOU.

  • Perhaps the BEST Curve some of all time! I wish some one would make a vid for the extended version.

  • Garbage became more popular commercially because they went in a pop direction. Curve never really did. They stayed rather dark and truer to their original existence.

Garbage, too, more than likely, wanted to be pop from the beginning. And they went ever more in that direction. Curve didn't really.

  • I was browsing through CD's next to Toni at a Newbury Comix and I pointed out that Garbage and a couple of other bands were stealing alot of their style from her, and she relayed to Dean on the other side of the bin what I said as if they were unaware of it, but it could have been sarcasm.

I also mentioned a band that sounds like Curve, Garbage and NIN, called Radio Iodine who are highly derivative, but if you can get past that, they're not too bad.

  • One of my fave Curve songs - just sucks you in! Thanks for sharing.

  • Amo este tema, hay una canción de Massive Attack ("Dissolved Girl") que es muy similar y también me encanta.

One of the best songs ever! "Dissolved Girl" by Massive Attack sounds like this song... but this is early.

  • @RabbitAttack yes is similar, madonna use similar sounds of this song in 1994... take a look to "bedtime story" the beginning is similar to the song of curve one year before :) love curve...

  • toni halliday... greatest vocals ever

  • One of the GREATEST songs ever written. She did it first and she did it best. When I told Shirley Manson she reminded me of Toni, she was well pleased, so the comparison was not an insult.

  • Garbage sucks... Curve was the innovator anyone who hasn't a clue of such is sadly missing out!

  • Yep, and they came before Garbage.

  • Comment removed

  • Yes, FINALLY someone else notices that!

lol, I love you for seeing that.

I hate looking up Garbage videos and seeing people call them 'unique'. The music may be okay, but unique should not be used.

  • yeah i agree completely...im not saying that i dislike Garbage but Curve are in another league

  • @Delirium24 curve us unique, the original sound...

  • My Spanish ain't so good but.... Awesome song and accompanying video. Great stuff!!!
