Thank you for posting this video best talaga...so artistic and romantic,...how i wish all pilipinos could go back home to philippines and cherish our fatherland...kaya lang kasi...
I'm one of the lucky man who can say the best time to live in Baguio City ( MY BIRTHPLACE) was during the 1970s and early 1980s. Today ? Baguio is no longer the beautiful city i grow up with. Too much Commecialization and POLLUTION.... Really sad that the new generation will never see the baguio city i saw during my childhood years.
hay kakauwi ko lang galing baguio now i realy enjoy and taken pictures so fun and like to see the beautiful good places in baguio proud to be filipino
Who can forget Baguio --warm friendly folks, the cool cool air, the mist on the mts, the falling rain during tyhoon season, the Christmas songs in town as Christmas gets nearer, the crowds in the market, the sound of neighbour's guitar and singing in the cool nite... memories of Baguio linger on.
Beautiful and thank you so much for putting this in. I am from Baguio and never been home for almost 15 years. This made me homesick and brought back memories.
Yeah who does not love baguio anyway. Its the best tourist destination hands down (no offense). However, much commercializtion and migration has happened in recent years. To those politicians and civic leaders out there kindly remember: Baguio aint baguio without its trees and watersheds. Anyway, that's my honest opinion.
great photography for a great city reminds migrant residence that there's no place like the baguio. nostalgia will surely overwhelm overseas residents who find baguio still their home sweet home.
the classical music enhance the beauty of baguio. indeed, a beautiful presentation.
I lived in Baguio for 18 months. This slide show brings back beautiful memories of this very special place. I love the music too - suits the piece so well.
Since today is still Valentine's day ie.14thFeb,2008,I wish to dedicate this beautiful Baguio to one special person in my life (for those who know the true love story of mine)Maria Rosario Rojo dela Flor.
(dont get me wrong people specialy locals of the loving city of baguio) anyways dami addict sa baguio tas sanatcher pero bibili parin ako ng bahay sa baguio kakamiss kahit ones palang ako nakapunta dito syempre UK(ukay-ukay) nice view, cool bars and undiscover amazing bands as i've heard dami talaga magagaling na banda sa baguio this city has a lot to offer my 3rd official hometown watch out baguio i'm coming ILOVEBAGUIOCITY!!!\m/
well friend ty sa comments but just to clarify things. hindi po originally taga Baguio ang mga addict or snatcher or whoever bad elements we have, most of them come from the provinces not to mention especially from manila and mindanao who are now dominating the side walks. sana naman huwag sirain ang image ng Baguio.Don't let Mother Nature get back on you so be GOOD.
yah ryt.. most snatchers and addict are not from baguio... if you will try to know people from baguio, they are well educated and disciplined.... yung mga magnanakaw kea ngpu2nta ng baguio kasi konti lang ang mga mgnanakaw na kakompetencya nila which destroyed that image of baguio city and ofcourse ang mga tga baguio din.....
Baguio is still beautiful up to now. Sad to say that it is now being ruined by stupid younger generations joining senseless fraternities who sway their hands like epileptics, wear xxl clothes that can cloth at least two persons, play their stupid noise called rap and kill each other once they meet on the streets.
THat used to be Baguio, indeed its beautiful.. BUT!!... today, the damn city sucks! it ain't clean as it used to be, its over populated, landslides everywhere, plus.. a bonus package of dumbass muslims which sprouted like wild mushrooms.
Wow,,,great pictures of my home...beautiful scenes I dreamed to capture in a film when I was young but was not given the chance and you did it perfectly... luisacart. I love and miss Cordillera thank you for everything you do for our HOME sweet HOME.
born and raised in baguio,,, i miss home so much... thank you for posting this, it reminds me of how absolutely wonderful it is back there; the smell of pine, cool breeze, great sunrises and sunsets,,, has it changed very much?... But anyhow, GREAT WORK!!! kudos!
I too was born in Baguio, it's hard to believe it's been well over 20yrs since I left. Although I don't have any plans of going back, I still miss it. I wonder whatever happened to MarBay and Camp John Hay, that's where my Tatay brought me along as he played golf. And after he'll take me to Session Cafe to have egg pie lol.. I wonder if it still there?. Anyone?, some feedback pls. Salamat po.
Session Cafe is still there after many renovations and new mgt, I suppose. Marbay is now Maharlika. John Hay was left barren, dull and boring after Aquino adminstration to now. So heartbreaking to watch only bermuda grasses greeting everytime i go for a walk. Just the golf course was maintained and some shops with very less customers nowadays. Hope you visit Baguio and reminisce.
pixies were really great and beautifulllll.... so relaxing alonng wit the music.... i just hope it was i hu have made this.. i aint jelous though.. it even makes me proud and happy to be living in this beautifull place baguio... thanks for sharing...

Baguio City, My town,My home
The place in where I was born
A place that lies Above the lands below
A place where Nature's beauty show
It is a place I call my own
And in where Good memories grew
Real friends I found On this same place
And I'll never forget that Till my dying days
Fate may drive me To go away
But I'll always come back To my homeplace

Oops sorry.
The movie is not "Forever More "but "Ngayong Nandito Ka" acted by Kristine Hermosa and Jericho Rosales.
I am sorry because Baguio is still in mind and heart all the time.Just cannot forget it!
Maybe I will visit Baguio soon with my wife and children.

In case you may want to know,I was in Baguio in 1983.Well,that's almost 25 years ago!
The love is just as great as that famous love story "Forever More" where Echotin were the actors and the film was also shot in Baguio, right!
As they say,Mankind plan his/her everyday work but Allah (God)finally determine your destiny.Called that Fate!
