There is no such thing as eternal damnation. Krishna's mercy is unlimited, and he has descended as Chaitanya Mahaprabhu to give unlimited mercy to all beings.

Ugra Narasimha is the protector of Mahaprabhu's sankirtana movement, and he is very loving and protective to his devotees, like Prahlahd Maharaj, just like a mother lion holds the cubs by the teeth without hurting them, yet those same teeth give great fear to the miscreants.
