I agree, Dodd said in an interview last year "We don't want to return to legislation that regulates and controls Usury" (the regulation and control of lending interest rates). An obvious appeal to protect his credit card industry corporate masters who are incorporated in his state of residence. Obviously they are flourishing in connecticut under Dodd's protection. In this day of instant video replay, people like Dodd can't continue with their same old Double Speak Games !
