Its not about which style is better, its about which fighter is better. Xu Yan is mostly using his hands that is clearly not working. That just leads to a clinch and Baukaw kicks Xu Yan in the legs. He has a lot of opportunities to counter strike.

If you're goin to label me as Muay Thai side or Sanda side, I am on both sides. I am Thai and grew up learning Muay Thai. I fight my friend that uses Sanda and lost. Hes a better fighter. I respect both styles and use Thai and Chinese fighting styles.
