I used OJ until I found out how the large corp like Tropicana make there juice. They get stored in large containers, and they lose alot of there value. Then they pay a fragrance company to make a powder to mimic OJ. Thats the only reason it ends up tasting at all like that
Hi there. Kefir is a great probiotic. that provides the most 'good' bacteria for your stomach and colon. It builds the immunity. There's lots of info about it and it's becoming more and more available at stores (think high octane yogurt :) Hope that helps.
I would make orange juice from a juicer then add it to the smoothie instead of using store-bought orange juice because they pasteruize it, killing the enzymes and other nutrients in it. Also, goji berries contain all essential amino acids. Hemp protein power or raw milk( or whey from raw milk) would be much better.
well 10 strawberrys are 22cal the juice will be the one to watch hes put about 250mls so about 120cals but the thing is u shouldent start your day with sugar beause it stores it and makes it in to fat also spikes insulin levels causeing bodyfat burning to stop and fat storeage to start running
oh and that GouQi berry.....we use it in all kinda meals as well,in soup,in stir-fry,in porridge,in tea...i love it! Its extremely good for eyes,so if ur facing computer screen everyday,u;ve found ur new love! :)

Please tell me you cooked the Goji Berries. You can't eat them raw. You are supposed to cook them for five to ten minutes.
