I like this episode but the trailer makes it look like that when Lex says "You'll lose Clark forever" that Lana says "Get over it".
But really it's like this:
Lex: Lana, wait. Killing me would almost be a release. The only person who would really suffer is you.
Lana: From guilt? I think I'll get over it.
