Cool video, this helps me, because I got myself a pair of vandal high, and I want them to be all black with a silver swoosh. The leather part can be painted black I guess, and the swoosh to, but the side of the sole, the visible part; you wouldn't know what paint would work with that would you?

Yeah acrylic paint cracks, use Angelus Leather paint for leather and Suede Dye for suede lol.

sure i´ll reply. I haven´t tried it yet, well sort of didn´t. The only thing i tried was making colored little spots in the sole, which is very easy, just sting a needle dipped in paint into the sole, so the paint is left behind inside the sole, this makes it permanent. I do know that professionals paint the whole sole, but I don´t know how, sorry! If i find out i´ll let you know. Take care... LAter!

Thanks! I don't know what sort of marker you have but I tried it with uni-posca markers on suede and it holds on to it quite well, it isn't falling of. Guess it depends on what kind of paint is in the marker, if it is flexibel and permanent then you could give it a try.
