Sorry to break it to you all but these women would not be considered 'fat' today, merely busty. This was a time when burlesque was entirely about what men wanted, instead of what women actually were. Um, I don't believe Betty Page actually killed anybody, though she did stab some people (her second husband being one of them). However, I think they all miraculously survived their injuries. As punishment Betty was actually institutionalized for a period of time and when released a few years later she turned to God or whatever and became some kind of born-again christian or something. She even went so far as to do some missionary work for a little while.

DD cup breasts with a 23 inch waist and slender legs is not some kind of "typical" of what was found in the past. It's still what's most desired by most of society today, which is why plastic surgery is so popular. It's because of desires like yours that women feel they need to alter themselves.
