  • @TweedesTen917 which guy? i watch that show

  • Nice video man. You have great tonality too (no homo). Did you take public speaking classes?

  • just subscribed to u cuz u mirin bro

  • @abdu11a23 Thanks, man!

  • Thx for being real man! & I get it, the bottom line of taking yalls advice is.... Do whatever the FUCK you wanna do!!!

  • @GotEmWet You're welcome. Can't be anything less than real!

  • Just subscibed b/c your not a hater hahaha.

  • @ImKindaLikeABigDeal9 Thanks for the sub!

  • you caan do w'TEFAK YOU WANNA DO

  • @aldomovielovers Damn right!

  • my opinion.....use a lavalier or a shotgun microphone! it will get rid of the background echo!

  • @tikitimeproductions Thank you for the suggestion!

  • Subscribed

  • @SeriousBeats357 Thank you for the sub!

  • that was well spoken. you have character

  • @Narfarious666 Thank you!

  • your take on scooby?

  • @noctula10 Scooby is in great shape, but he's fat-phobic (scared of eating dietary fat for no reason), so he and I don't see eye-to-eye on that issue. But he's gotten results with his own body, which I respect, and he is in his 50's, so good for him!

  • True and subbed

  • wow this is a great video! need more people like you who are not ass holes to others!!

  • You just have a new subscriber! Need more peeps like you and less Ian McCarthys on YouTube!

  • Wouldn't agree with the free country argument. I mean obviously we can all say whatever we want, but there's so many videos out there that teach the absolute wrong things, and send people in the wrong direction forming bad habits the whole way. I do agree with you that you don't need a degree, and bro science is fine because it does come from real world experience. However, people do have to start looking at the sources and be critical about whether or not they are credible.

    Love your vids!

  • sound analysis, Subbed

  • Good vid man, speak the truth! And totally agree, nothing wrong with using ad sense. Subscribed.

  • Very inspiring. Happy to subscribe to you

  • Great points..I'm sure there are folks who work in the fitness world/supplement world that do not work out but they are chemists, biologists, nutritionists, sports medicine people, medical doctors. They have formal education and use that knowledge to develop products. They may not use the products and lift etc. There is a difference in understanding subjects from a "book' standpoint" but do not apply it to themselves or those that have a knowledge by applying/practical knowledge.

  • hey man its all just advice right? because at the end of the day your all going to do what the FUCK YOU WANNA DOOOO!!

  • hence the saying: you can do whatever the FUCK you wanna do

  • 100% agreeing what you just said . I watch 60% for the advice and 40% for the funny stuff. I'm getting all kinds of gains following their advice...

  • Well that's all fine and dandy, but low carb diets are garbage. You need to throw away those books you read and get another pitch because you need carbs for energy. No carbs=no energy. Try again.

  • Jenna Mourey (JennaMarbles) gets 1.5 million views in a matter of minutes. She's the shit.

  • @BigBearfromthe206 Not possible.

  • he likes the twins? i like him. no homo...

  • do you even lift (srs)

  • GOD bless you man :D

  • good vid,man. Subbed =)

  • @beartocouch Thank you for your sub and for watching! Nice profile pic on your channel, btw...that is creepy as hell! haha

  • Lol @ lowcarbcory

  • 10 out a 10 for your opinions on The Hodgetwins!! This is also the first time I've seen any of your own video's and I'm very open to watching more based on the lack of 'bad vibes' towards other people.... :)

  • @nearfuturemusic Thanks!

  • why is this guy yelling

  • @dyeballa04 Because that's how I do my thing, man!!!!!!!! Rawwwwwwwwwwwwwrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

  • Marry me... Muahz!

  • @Humbleblackchinadoll Me and marriage = not happening. lol Not even with the hottest woman in the world.

  • Nice job Cory!

  • Props man! You covered everything I been thinking! Good stuff

  • (asap) like articles etc... please... PM me if you have it, thanks...

  • Hey! I need sources on low carbs and other food trends!

  • woody paige

  • i hate when people say this is a free country lol, it make sus sound like america is the onyl free country when 75%+ of the world is free countries n even more free than usa.

  • Those guys are awesome, if you look at what they have acheived, its amazing, these used to be quite skinny and now the HUGE!

  • @willieofroanoke: Hodegtwins might spit broscience that may not all abe true and they may make a revenue from Youtube montenization. But lets be real. Look at their physique. Obviously what they are doing is working pretty damn good. Id rather listen to them than a skinny or fat guy who sits on a couch all day and read science books all day. Experience triumphs knowledge anyday. You dont have to listen. You can do whatever the fuck you wanna do!!!!

  • 86,469 suscribers = twinmuscleworkout

  • hodgetwins are cool

  • Very good point i am subscribing kkep up the good work.

  • theres only one ture test in life and thats reality!!

  • Yo man, the dudes are cool but they cuss too damn much. They don't need to cuss as much as they do. They would have a bigger fan base.

  • @carrafj That is probably true. And they have been getting very repetitive lately...but then again, how many "new" topics can you cover when you've already done like 900 videos?

  • Jim Rome is that you?

  • WTF 51K subs? This was 1 month ago and now they already got 82k o.o

  • @exoskeletonsz Yeah...shit's crazy. They're doing a great job.

  • HODGETWINS ROCK!

  • @BAM29lewd I like them, too, brother. Thanks for watching!

  • cory you rock!

  • @dogzer Thanks!

  • this is much bigger than it really is. this is inspiring.

  • your the man cory

  • @nate009gmail Thanks!

  • i love twins

  • Good post. Everybody should think this way... Its a choice to view...

  • @tredarius09 Thank you!

  • Respect to You and the Hodge Twins!!!

  • @vickiweaver262011 Thank you!

  • Good video man respect

  • @remixrayray1130 Thanks!

  • @itsmeheyo Leaner people can get away with eating more carbs than fat people, b/c lean people are not insulin resistant/pre-diabetic. Once I dropped from 197 to 165 lbs, I was no longer insulin resistant and could start eating more carbs again myself. Ectomorphs have it easiest when it comes to carb relations. It's very hard to get enough calories as an ectomorph or a naturally lean person WITHOUT carbs....more so if you're always working out as an athlete.

  • hodge twins don't provide any information that most of us haven't been able to find on google ourselves. Their page is popular because #1 they are very entertaining #2 they provide people with actual real world experience of things that work for them. You don't have to follow their advice but these guys' success is very inspirational. Nice video man

  • @gomarcphil The twitchy sisters are nothing more than copy and paste jockies with a pair of vuglar mouths that use Youtube to try to generate a few bucks. I proved that beyond doubt by showing much of their web site "advice" is word for word copied from somebody else's web site. Their videos parrot the same slop. Anyone that thinks those 2 middle age losers are funny or know what they're talking about is beyond stupid. Real world morons, that they are. Nothing else.

  • @willieofroanoke I get it....they're not your cup of tea. Those "morons" as you say have managed to build great phsyiques. much success to the twins and @lowcarbcory because it's all about having a learning, having some fun, and getting to work. Those guys make it fun to get the information and I hope the same thing happens here.

  • @gomarcphil Thanks, man! I appreciate the co-sign!

  • @willieofroanoke They can't be that stupid, man. They DO, as you say, make money from their videos, which is something a lot of people wish they could do. Smart people work SMARTER, not HARDER.

  • @gomarcphil All true. They are, most of all, inspirational and entertaining (a GREAT combo to be in any facet of life itself). Really anything you can learn anyway can be found somewhere else, but I like their realism and real-life experience most of all. They're not just reading out of a book or from a study - they're like me and use themselves as "guinea pigs" to see if shit works or not.

  • Good man, agree with you mostly on opinion of the twins.

  • you just said what hodgetwins say ... it's just advise ...

and that so called "bro science" whatever you call it, is usually the best thing because it's from people that actually tried everything since every body is different (you don't ask a fat guy about his workout), i don't see the point of this video since you do the exact same thing as hodgetwins, what is this video about anyway ?

  • wtf is bro signs?

  • @raukola1990 I think I answered this question in the video, man.

  • @raukola1990 The term is broscience. It isn't meant as complementary. It roughly means shit talk from gym rats and morons that hangout on bodybuilder com and similar sites and post articles that are really nothing more that pitches to get idiots to buy supplements. Examples: I bought a bottle of Blah, Blah, and my pecs grew 20% in a week! or I don't bang my girlfriend before I go to the gym and wow, I can now do 5 more bench press reps. That's broscience. Just trash talk, garbage.

  • Well, i do respect what the guy is saying.

  • Hodge twins have far superior body's to you sorry man!

And, free America? America hasn't been free for centuries. Enjoy getting in shape with your government modified food :)

  • @Rickyswoop A lot of people have a "superior body to me". And a lot of people have a superior body to YOU. What's your point, chief? We're all different. I'm also ten years younger than Keith and Kevin, and I'm not a bodybuilder. I'm just a guy who reads and studies a lot, tests things on himself, and reports results to help others. And technically you're right - we Americans lose more freedom every day here. Fucking politicians.

  • @lowcarbcory Hell yeah they have superior bodies to me! I'm just a skinny/fat youtube monkey who's destroying a bucket of KFDuck right now!

My point is, you're critiquing those dudes when you are not even a bodybuilder yourself... So why critique? That's like me putting a video up on 'the #1 way to file your nails for prom,'... obviously it's by hanging out the boot of a moving car and scuffing your nails on the road but that's not my business. However I watched the video so nice work, I lose.

  • @Rickyswoop I wasn't critiquing them...I was "big-upp'ing" them. I like them and subscribe to them myself, and b/c of some stuff they've taught me, I've been able to successfully avoid injuring my shoulders (which, like them, I've had a history of "snapping up"). I am interested in getting lean myself, which is what they are, and I just thought I'd throw my 2 cents in. This video now has like 18,000+ views, so clearly somebody cares what I think about Keith & Kevin.

  • @Rickyswoop america's only 200 years old..

  • @darkdeminsion United States OF America. Our country is the U.S., not America. We're just located in North America

Sorry it's a gripe of mine when people refer to the U.S. as America

  • @lowcarbcory Respect man . Good video Hodgetwins are Amazing thanx 4 embracing this

  • Great video. I think the bottom line is no matter what you do SOMEONE is going to have a problem with it, you just need to ignore those people and keep doing you.

  • i like you, your a nice guy, but low carb hmmmmmm lol its not for me. but i wish you all the best.

  • What?

  • 0:56 ......you can do whatever the FUUUCKKK you wanna doo.

  • Well said, its all about experience. If you've been there done that, you're advice is valuable. Hodge twins are Awesome! I hope people like you and the twins get paid. Then you'll stick around to give valuable advice to those who need it. Advice that is FREE for you haters! You would have to pay big bucks for a degree or someone with a degree for this kind of info. Feel lucky not offended. Thanx

  • yo! why you shouting!

  • @teezafc I don't know!!! lol

  • Hey, this is bullshit, but he can do whatever the FUCK!!!! HE WANNA DO!!

haha jk, i just want a top comment

  • @TheMW3MW3MW3 It's all good!

  • I must add one thing: If you have done some research on bodybuilding you quickly come to the realisation that 90% of what they say is true. Oh and they're entertaining :)

  • Agreed. You just got another subscriber!

  • @trwtrw3 Thank you for subbing!

  • Thumbs up if you are tired of people saying they do it for the help.

YOU DO IT FOR THE ADSENSE MONEY BITCH !!!

  • @GhettProductions Nobody would give out YouTube advice if they didn't like doing it, honestly. But does money play into the decisions of people like the Hodge twins? You bet it does. Between their hodgetwins channel and twinmuscleworkout, both of which are partnered w/ YouTube, these two brothers are making a living, most likely.

  • I just subscribe to you for talking good on the twins, love those guys man. They're cool, so you must be as well, looking forward to more of your videos man

  • @SuperChrisfitz Thanks!

  • Years ago they told everybody to eat low fat based on the "scientific fact" that eating fat makes you fat, only to get people eating low fat options which often contain more sugar which is what is really making everybody fat today

  • I don't think they give bro science. They've studied and read things about bodybuilding and losing weight just as much as any trainer. What people who think everything is about "science" don't realize is that just bc something is labeled as scientific fact doesn't mean that its true. Science refutes itself all the time with new discoveries especially in the food and health industry.

  • @dj13willi That's true. It's all a bussiness too though. Companies invest money in scientific research so they can add it to their advertisments. Instead of asking: Does this product benefit people they basically ask the scientists: prove this stuff works. The end result is a lot of unreliable 'scientific' proof.

  • @dj13willi Word! This is EXACTLY what I'm constantly trying to tell people!

  • But....WHO ASKED FOR YOUR OPINION???

  • @Greenseedsbaby Obviously not you, yet you still took the time to come here and see what it was anyway, now didn't you?

  • @lowcarbcory yeh, i did, i came, saw, judged, commented, left, all in all took me about 20 seconds, BUT PLZZZZ ANSWER THE QUESTION, exactly who asked for your "take" on TMW??

  • Hi My name is Suzie....I just subbed to you. I look forward to checking out what you have to say. I am fat & have a weight loss channel...I am just learning how to exercise. I have lost 70 lbs so far. I think I am going to like you. Have a Great Day....

  • @wmbgcoupon Thank you for subbing, Suzie! And great job on losing the weight! Stay tuned and I'll try to help you with more great suggestions in my videos! Keep up the great work!

  • Broscience isn't just advice from the big guy at the gym. It's literally junk science. I don't have a problem with getting advice from people bigger than me either, but when they start masquerading that advice as science or truth, that's when I can get a find a real scientist and prove him wrong.

  • @riddleman65 You could do that...but I doubt Keith & Kevin would give a fuck. lol They'd just flex in front of the scientist, stare him down, and go back to doing pull-ups.

  • @lowcarbcory lol

  • @riddleman65 if you think that everything somebody bigger than you says is "junk" you will never get the size you want.

Every bit of advice may be useful, and some of that bro-science may be the key someone is missing to push into further gains. For another person, it might be useless... but for that guy it'll work for - it's golden.

  • @LCHFinCanada Co-signin' this!

  • @LCHFinCanada

I don't think everything somebody bigger than me says is junk (I said I had no problem taking advice from those bigger than me) I think their junk science is junk.

  • @riddleman65 do whatever the FUCK you wanna do

  • @riddleman65 I feel that science is completely worthless compared to true experience. Obviously Kevin here, has done what he says he has done, and the result is what physique he currently has. So there MUST be some science behind that process. Science is endlessly changing, so just because science might prove that something doesn't occur under a certain set of conditions, doesn't mean it might not occur under conditions that are yet to be tested. A study is just words on a paper

  • PREACH!!!!

  • you´re cool. you aint like those mothafuckas who dislike the twins cuz they´re jealous. They fucking rock! Nice vid mate. take care

  • @xDudeHimSelfx Thanks, man!

  • respect broooo. good shit. tell it how it is. keepin it real. 35 dislikes are fake people who dont know shit

  • my channel is neew but great check it out. I want your opinion

  • @PhysiquesOfGreatness I subbed your channel so I can check your videos out later. Nice job getting so many videos up so quick!

  • @lowcarbcory appreciate it man

  • You went through 6 days only with water???? How??! Is that even safe!

  • @heybrotherly23 Yes, I did it. It was very difficult. On the sixth day I broke and went to Chili's and had broccoli cheese soup and a Caesar Salad. It was perfectly safe, but I wasn't weight-training during that week, and then I kind of kept losing a lot of fat, so I refrained from going to the gym for like a month...and what do you know....lost all of my CNS conditioning, so I couldn't lift shit when I got back to the gym again. But I lost 31 lbs in the month around that fast!

  • hey man, a week ago I rented a negro midget amputee for a few hours, and now my mushroom tip is dripping green shit all day long, and it hurts like hell to piss.

So, should I double up on my protein intake and do more dips?

  • @tradernorton05 Yeah, and up your saturated fat intake so you can produce more testosterone. That way you can get back out there and pick up some more midgets in no time!

  • Amen @ listening to people who practice what they preach and get results from it.

  • BTW love the Hodge twins - It cracks me up every time the guy on the left leans in... "Hey man..." like he's gonna sell you some crack or something, LOL.

  • @LCHFinCanada Hey, man...*sniff*...you lookin' to build like 15 lbs of rockhard muscle in 2 weeks? ... You do?!? That's good, man! It ain't gonna happen, but that's fuckin' GREAT!

  • You know, there's many people that discount "bro-science" ... but the deal is, the advice these guys give is what WORKS for them.

We're all different. The term is called biological individuality. What works for some might not work for others...

But damn people, if you're having trouble making gains, find out from people that made gains what worked for them - try different advice and find out what works for you! This is where "bro-science" shines - different opinions help different people.

  • Hodge twins and cory should combine and make a super video like when superheroes meet each other

  • word

  • well spoken cory!

  • it's just advice, but you can do whatever the FUCK you wanna do

  • @TheFlexEffect Word!

  • @ HarringtonAlex: I agree with you about muscle helping you to stay lean, but nobody wants muscle to be obscured by fat. And the more fat you have, the less testosterone you have. America has an obesity epidemic, and more people are concerned about fat loss than building muscle right now.

  • @ CoHScrapper: You and I are definitely on the same page, brother! Glad to have you aboard here.

  • I totally agree about how it's an opinion and how you guys are not claiming to be "experts" or have degrees. I love this and I find it absolutely funny how -some- folks seem to think a person in a lab coat is the BEST "expert" on dieting when -some- simply forget ONE cardinal rule: NOT Everyone's BODY Is The SAME! Your diet works for YOU for A, B, C reasons. DOESN'T mean it works for ME! Shit, your diet could KILL me. Yeah, Doc, thanks so much for your "expert" advice.. idiot...

  • @ phatz631: I'm a huge proponent of taking responsibility for one's self, but I totally agree with you about fat children. It's a goddamn shame and it angers me like nothing else that our kids are being hit even harder with weight issues than we are. Kids with fat, sickly parents who don't care about themselves are victims. I wish I could help them all. You can e-mail me a pic at lowcarbcory@gmail.com.

  • @lowcarbcory yea i tried to email my pic to myself an upload it on here but i have an old school flip phone ( haha i know laugh it up ) and i can't email from it.i can take pics send them to other phones but can't email it or i wouldn't have said that in first place..i jsut wanted to show you what im talking about..i don't think i'm fat anymore but my stomach is more of a gut..and without surgery it will probably always be that way unfortunitly..right now im currently at 18% i checked today

  • @lowcarbcory and took a pic in the mirror after my workout..

  • @phatz631 totally ghey dude

  • @ phatz631: A lot of what you say makes it apparent that you have a big chip on your shoulder, a lot of resentment towards those fitter than you and an issue with liking to blame others for your circumstances. You gotta get your atttitude towards life in check, my man. So much negativity from you. Your life is a self-fulfilling prophecy right now, it seems.

  • @lowcarbcory yea i know that..i'm trying not to be but something that i meant to point out most obese people if you talk to a psychiatrist will tell you it stems from some kind of sexual abuse and/or physical abuse..there problems manifest into a physical form..its actually usually a cry for help..and you being some who says you want to help people maybe should notice this and not point it out like everyone else thats where i have a chip on my shoulder from..and rightfully so i feel..

  • @lowcarbcory i try not to be negative..its a problem i have i know but believe me if you dealt with this kind of stuff everyday and at your job for juice head jocks everyday its pretty hard not to react negatively..cuz its like noone understands..theres lucky people out there born in an athletic family who put these basics in them at an early age then theres other people who didn't have that and even worse had abusive childhoods and aren't responsible for how they got there..i mean if you see a

  • @lowcarbcory (cont) a fat child .ages 7 to 13 you think its that kids fault hes fat? its the parents fault and now the kid has to dig his way out the hole and its hard enoguh already where he don't need ridicule the entire way.

  • @ phatz631: Honestly, 97g of carbs on MOST days is probably way more than you need, especially if you're an endomorph like me. On a typical day I get less than 40g, unless it's Carb Up day or if I eat a lot of peanuts/nuts. Like I said, your diet is probably to blame. Check your grain intake. As for lose skin? It tightens up when you build muscle. Lose skin or not, you CAN get ripped abs.

  • @lowcarbcory i'd have to build a shyt load of muscle for it to tighten up i'll post a message to you direct message and i have a pic if i can upload it on here i can but not sure cuz its on my phone..but if you have a number i can text you a pic gladly ill show you..its not that bad but it's also not flattering and with my shirt off i get looks like "wtf" or "eww"

  • @lowcarbcory ive gotten ripped upper abs..but it took alot of hard work and i couldn't keep it up year round..it was jsut to much stress on me..mentally and physically..i eventually break down..which is the problem..i can do it and have but can't do it year round it becomes harder and harder to keep up..then you start looking at supplements..caffiene or ephidrine stuff..and i went down that road and was successful for awhile but again i shut down body and spirit after awhile

  • Amen

  • Now they got 65,508 subscribers. They are awesome!

  • in the thumbnail you look like the dude from lost

  • @ phatz631 (continued): I don't know what your diet actually looks like, but I do know that if you're over 15% bodyfat and work out as hard as you say you do, there is NO reason for you to have a bodyfat level that high, unless your diet is fucked up or you have an underlying medical condition (like hypothyroid - which most ppl do NOT have). I would have you take a serious look at your carb intake, specifically grains, and your carb-timing (when you eat them). That could be your issue.

  • @lowcarbcory well i have been tested for hypothyroid and other things like that and it was all negative..i just have what look
