  • My back has been hurting... I started lifting weights but I was told my rhomboids were not strong enough to build up the upper back, shoulder and arm muscles yet. I did these stretches and I definitely think my posture will improve. Thank You

  • I was dreaming of something like this! I was thinking of to lying down with a towel or support to help my persistent mouse shoulder. However, you take the stretches so far it brought tears to my eyes because my shoulder relaxed just watching it.
