@nicola24london they tried to take me off my mum, i have 2 brothers and one sister and my little brother is disabled, they tried to take us all into care.
thank god it didn;'t work and my mum won the court battle.

A big thing with CPS in America is a clean house, I've personally seen it happen, they seem to go by this rule for some reason, clean house good parents, messy house bad parents. they walk in and walk out BAM they make their sometimes life altering decision based on what they see rather than what is going on under the surface.

For anyone in the UK u should watch Panorama U/Cover Case on S.Serv..its a disgrace..sometimes they do their job properly most times they dont...U only have to look at Baby P's & other cases to see this..it happened to a family friend of mine as he went and told his teachers his stepdad made him eat dog biscuits...they nearly lost him after months of fighting when it turned out it was a joke his stepdad said to him - far too many abused kids are being overlooked while innocent ones are taken!
my father also claimed i was mentally ill because when around him i shut down ( he was abusive growing up) he told the courts and they let him take my kids easily it took me 2 years to get them back! the system is so messed up in america too. they gave my kids to my abuser no questions asked!

Then I will get my daughters back!
The Social Services pushed my future wife to hang herself on the 10th of august and now my children have no mother and it has left us with the greatest of emotional harm anyone could have, So who is the one's causeing the greatest of Harm? Social services NEED to be exposed while your child/ children is placed in the care of
these people they use psychological tactics to test your child and they can in some cases
React with the child while influencing there weaknesses which of course upsets them.
