  • honestly, you can take creatine year round without stopping by just taking 5g of creatine mono with grape juice or with dextrose sugar or just add it to your post-workout protein shake. even if you missed a day or a week it is ok because our body makes creatine naturally to support our atp. the more creatine the more atp means more strength and power. bottomline who doesnt want more of that on a daily basis without the use of steroids.

  • did you do the first week or whatever as the loading phase? cause thats what it says on the bottle and your supposed to take around 20g of creatine that first week, just wondering if u did that or just took 5-10g a day for a month?

  • Lui for green magnitude, were you taking it the same way as mono (1 serving size for green mag is 10g)? 5g in morning and on workout days an additional 5g post workout? and did you take it seperate from the pwo shake, since its well a different flavor lol

  • About caffeine, I use caffeine in the morning and creatine with grape juice then lots of water late in the day. It works well for me. Caffeine will hinder the effects of creatine but it won't flush it out of your system. It's still there. As a matter of fact, for people that cycle creatine, they need a full 30 days at the end of a cycle to get back to square one. If caffeine flushed creatine, that 30 days could be reduced but it doesn't work that way in my humble opinion.

  • i like your videos u know some realy good stuff for bodybuilding i am working out the last 4 years ,i was fat when i started lost 20 kilos and then i had some massive gains on the first 2 years but my nutrition wasnt so good as i dont use any supplaments i only reached 4 pack never had a 6 or 8 pack if u have some ideas for my workout or my nutrution will be happy to see a respawn. thnx

  • @TheXrtc the number of abs you get depends on genetics, u dont work your way from a 4 pack to a 6 pack then to an eight if u reached a four pack then thats all you'll get but it still looks pretty good

  • Lui, you didn't mention that creatine is a must-have supplement for all vegetarians. Creatine not only promotes muscle growth. A lack of creatine can cause brain and muscle issues.

    yes , its even more than okay , cause grape juice has dextrose in it ( the fastest digestable carb)

  • i'm an ectomorph and I'm always scared that ill have the same small body for the rest of my life, I've been working out for four months and i gained a great deal of strength but barely any mass. Frankly, i don't like the shape and size of my body, and i want to change it (especially my narrow shoulders).

    So lui, can you please make a video about what to focus on to gain weight, diet, and how often i should go to the gym?

  • @prominent531 hi i am a bodybuilder from ireland and my advice is to gain mass do not workout for more than 40 to 45 minutes and stick to a high intensity workout meaning say for chest start out with the bench press or dumbell press do 1 warm set and 2nd set should be moderate and the 3rd set all out failure and then do dumbell incline press for 2 sets and end chest with a set of flys to failure and also do 4 sets for biceps and that will build you up in no time.want any more info let me know.

    and 5-6 small meals a day i take i don't think is dieting lol so, to Creatine or not to Creatine and I'm doing Cardio about 3-4 time a week.

  • If you take dates or honey or some kind of sugary food right before taking your protein shake, isn't that just begging to add on fat by eating an excess of calories?

  • @qdtsfq bcaa same time as creatine, stack them both in the morning with a juice, you can also stack your protein shake with it for a post workout to help protein absorption

  • By the way, there are studies with people using creatine NONSTOP for 4months and even 2 years, without decreasing their body's own creatine production. Using it for so long removes the need for the loading phase. You can just use 3-6grams a day and build up your creatine levels within about 4 weeks. After that you just keep using 3-6grams to keep the creatine levels maxed. Apart from that, you don't really need lots of simple sugars. BCAA's are enough for insuline spikes to up creatine absorb.

  • Personally I just use it until the bottle is empty @ 5 grams a day (which takes about 3 months) then stop for a month. There are many, MANY different opinions on this (just like Lui's different), but to my limited experience, this works fine for me and I don't use a loading phase.

    The whole soy discussion is really biased toward "soy is for wussies". It's just nonsense. Yes, it will slightly raise estrogen, but by such a little amount that it's no big deal if you're just a recreative bodybuilder. In fact, most people forget a balanced amount of estrogen ensures your bonestrength. Apart from that, soy may increase IFG-1 levels and it contains isoflavones which decrease your chance on prostate cancer, especially combined with curcumin

So people are not meant to have a big body frame but they feel the need to bulk up that why they get massive so quickly.Another thing is that as soon as a creatine user stops training they shrink. You can body build without the use of certain its not needed really

  • @eza1 stop trying to sound scientific dude you don't 'bulk' up as soon as you start taking creatine what so ever, that's an excuse people that don't use it put on people that are bigger then them, mild water retention but no huge intakes, doesn't 'fill' your muscles.
